Making his way over from New York to serve with me in New Orleans, he has been by my side for as long as I care to remember. Obviously this is a distressing time for all of us but I wanted to ensure that people are aware that tagged members of The Pontchartrain Lakeshore Resort will be extended a full seven days of protection from the moment they became homeless.

Dope N' Coke Inc. will morn our fallen counterparts today. Along with the seven day mandated protection, I have ordered that the UNtagged members be given at least 24 hours (from the time Of Civ's death) to find a home. This is a much unneeded loss and our community will only suffer even more greatly should more blood be shed for purposes of personal gain in a time of need.

Truly this is a depressing day for the great city of New Orleans.   Rest in peace to Civilian.   I hope his family is kept safe until they are able to find a new home.

The_Civilian was a great guy! This is a big loss for New Orleans, but I have no doubt they will bounce back!
