Hello and welcome to The Amazing Mafia Race, the city of New York is proud to bring you this fun and exciting event. The Amazing Mafia Race is a journey in which teams of two people, who come from the same city, race around the seven cities with other teams. Contestants strive to arrive first at the prestigeous "pit stops" at the end of each leg of the race to win prizes and to avoid coming in last, which carries the possibility of elimination. 

Contestants will travel through multiple cities by plane. Clues provided in each leg lead the teams to the next destination or direct them to perform a task, either together or by a single member. These challenges are related in some manner to the city wherein they are located or its culture.Teams are progressively eliminated until three are left, at that point, the team that arrives first in the final leg is awarded the grand prize of $10,000,000.

Over the next 48 hours I will be taking applications for the competition and will announce the teams that have been selected shortly after. I will ask that every team that applies sends both of there applications in the same mail so I am not overloading the mail man. There will be 8 teams chosen overall and I am going to select only one or possible two groups from each of the seven cities so make sure you make an impact in your application.

This is no race for the weak, the standards and expectations are going to be extremely high in this competition ran over couple weeks. The application process will end Apr 17 00:00 and I will announce the contestants chosen here. After the contestants have been chosen we will roll out the red carpet for the opening challenges. I look forward to a big turnout and appreciate all of you courageous mafia men and women that are out there willing to compete with the best.

Ladies and gentlemobsters of the great cities, I come out here to let everyone know that we already have 3 confirmed teams in this great race. I am still looking forward to seeing applications from some of the cities such as our own representitives from New York as well as possibly a team from the newly moved family of Philly. 

None the less this is all for fun and a chance to come out and support a great event. Keep the applications coming in as we are still looking to confirm 5 more teams.

Cities with applicants already confirmed in the race are Chicago,New York, and Los Angeles. If anyone of the others cities are interested in submitting an application they will have another couple of hours before I review applications from cities with multiple entrants. 

If there is not an interest then that is understandable, I would just like to give each city a fair shot to compete before I open the applications open to the rest of the public.

We have four slots filled so far, looking for four more! Come out and be the one from your city who got to bring home the $10,000,000 prize.

The application process ends at 00:00 mafia time later on tonight, if you have some interest in competing then now is the time to send that application forward. I am still looking for some apps from the wonderful cities of Vegas and Philly. After the deadline time if we do not have a representitive from each city then multiple teams from cities with applicants will be accepted!

I am glad I now know the teams and who I can cheer on should my busy scheduel allow it...  I certainly do love to see these sort of competitions being hosted, Its nice to see people try to give the streets abuzz. I will be certain to visit New York to cheer on the participants,

Cant wait for this to unfold, I really would have loved to take part in such a competition but giving the hours im allowed to be around this particular place of ours is limited for the time being.

Other then that I am extremely glad that Jared has taken the time of effort to put this all together and I know its going to be a blast, even to follow im very excited to see who is going to pull ahead.

Hello and welcome to the Amazing Mafia Race, as you can see there are 8 teams standing here in front of us today ready to race around the seven cities for the prize of Ten Million Dollars. The teams that were announced earlier and have been given enough time to get in contact with there teammate and meet us here at the rendevous point. 

I would first like to thank you all for your desire to compete in a competition that will test you strength,will,and determination like no other. There are a lot of different faces around that I can see here. Some very famous faces here competing and some people ready to prove themselves as well. It is going to be a wonderful journey for all and I look forward to seeing you all at the end of each pit stop. Alright, enough talking already lets get this adventure underway properly! 

We have asked the 8 teams to arrive here at our starting point in none other then New York, New York. In the heart of New York lies it's business district, also known as "Racket City". This is the birthplace of many fine Italian restaurants as well as your  first leg of the race. Sitting in front of every player is there belongings. What they don't know is that we have hidden there first clue somewhere in there baggage. It will be up to them to dig through there neatly packed belongings and get this race going.Racers Ready? GO!

 Welcome to NY famous Donnie Brasco's "The Bronx Hotel ". Once you make it to the fine establishment, the owner Mr. Brasco will be patiently waiting for you. He will have five questions for you to answers upon arrival. Once these five questions have been answered correctly inside his buisness will you then get the nod and I will mail you your next clue in the race.

Welcome to your first Road Block! You now have to choose which of the two of you will now compete in the next part of task number one. Take a moment to decide and then please continue to read below.

You will now be asked to travel to Philly!In this part of the challenge we are going to test your strength as well as your wit. The hooligans have been locked up in the Philly pen. It is going to be your goal to successfully break out a total of 50 prisoners out of the jail overall. Once completed you will need to take the next possible flight to Chicago. Once there meet  with me  at an undisclosed business where I will be waiting at your first pit stop.

 The last team to arrive may be eliminated.

Here is your up to date listing of people still involved in the amazing race. Last night we started off with everyone in New York and had them travel through multiple cities completing tasks at every stop.

It was a battle for the top spot as everyone was landing in Chicago, the home of the first pit stop around the same time.

It is my duty and honor to congradulate Innocence and Adonna as the first team to arrive on the first leg of the race. They received the fast forward which give them the chance to move past a single task in any leg of the race until down to the final three.

Welcome back to Chicago and the start of leg number two. With PoisonousJelly and Slash arriving last in leg number one they were sent home first. With seven teams left in the race, fighting for the first prize earnings we are ready to take off once again on thiz amazing journey. There is still a long way to go in this race and everyone knows that the race in not won on the first day. The players have been sent there first task for this leg of the race via mobmail.

Welcome to Sin City your home of task number one! Each team is going to have to work together in bring in $25,000 in earnings from your pickpockets! If you pickpocket someone that is part of another team competing then the earnings that was pickpocketed will double. Once the task has been completed you will be handed your next clue via mobmail.
