I think this problem actually stems from the fact that before these new comers had the these wrist straps they would be shot to the minute they had been here for 48 hours doing their own thing and not seeking protection and old habits die hard. I mean waiting till the exact second they stepped off the boat is a bit extreme, it's not like your waiting for new years day is it. |

It's only extreme if you make it so. I personally see it as rational, logical and fair. It's not a question of those extra few seconds making the difference between finding a family and death, I don't think anyone here is naive enough to suggest that.
It's more a question of creating a semblance of equality, having a level field of play between the gunmen who are seeking these targets. It is for these reasons why hit buying and now this are frowned upon. You may argue it is hypocritical to have a stringent set of guidelines between people who are ultimately racing to end someone's life, but without them anarchy and chaos would reign.

I agree a descion on this needs to be made by the leaders as to whether under 48 means to the minute or the second. But as for equality, it doesn't come in to it whether it's down to the minute or second as the people who are faster are still gonna be faster. |

Corny my friend, your statement only holds weight if we have a policy everyone follows. Currently policy is anyone who shoots someone under the age 48 hours is breaking a rule.
Shooting someone who is 47 hours 59 mins 59 secs is against said rule. Yet people are still doing it and are not being punished for it. |
