I was in the middle of discussing the situation of a Philly member (Scientist) attacking a Vegas member when that Philly member was then shot. What you evidently aren't aware of is that when Orion contacted myself about the attack he was a witness to, I flew to Detroit where the shooter was spotted, just incase he made another attack. Orion was still in Detroit with me when the shooter flew out of Detroit, so if Orion ended up in the same city soon after, it was through no fault of Scientist.

As they began to realize our impatience in them handling the situation as it was nearing 1 hour, a shot was taken at Bruno (who had a sizeable amount of bodyguards) to provide Bruno an additional 4 hours of protection. We had someone who was capable to take the shot, if nobody from Detroit was available at that moment.
Why would they take more time? Because they spent the next couple of hours trying to find someone with similar features as bruno to pass the blame on.
Of course, there was nobody with matching attributes, and Valmont (rest in peace) finally admited that it was, without a doubt, Bruno and killed him.
