I have a feeling there won't need to be much discussion. This is by far one of the best suggestions I've seen, with 0 cons that I can see. Well done bringing this to the table Sandor. I am sure it will be put to great use.

Plus HQs will possibly be used to plan tactics in wars, instead of threads nobody even reads.

I like the suggestion, however, I wouldn't add RH/LH to those able to view. Made Man+ should be the category and nothing else in my opinion.

This would hopefully further encourage leaders to use people above Made as their RH/LH.

The suggestion is for Made Man+ I don't think it's necessary to bring up not being able to add in RHM/LHM as that is currently a whole other suggestion. If the hands are not Made and up, then it would be assumable, based on the current suggestion, that they wouldn't be able to view it.

I don't recall saying I disagreed with you Warrior. I did not remember the part about the hands, but I do believe with the suggestion being for Made +, then that is what it should be. I just don't want to turn every rank suggestion into a discussion/debate about forcing leaders to pick Made+ hands.

Hands are chosen based on trust and would be given made man if not held back by the game.

That's kind of the problem Flash-Fire, those people have done nothing to earn those ranks. Even in the loosest RP justification possible, there is no way that a street thug would command any sort of authority over full members of a family. It defies the basic premise of the game that people die and start over to select these people immediately, an error which is then compounded if you're saying they would be immediately Made upon arrival.

You cant have threads for made men and above, but let hands that are not made read them. it goes directly agianst what the suggestion is about. thats pretty common sense.

I don't think this debate is necessary, keep it to made man and above only. How often does a hand in a family take longer than 11 days to achieve the rank? Generally, if they are chosen before reaching this rank it is because they are impeccable players and will undoubtedly be able to make the points in minimum time (it's fucking easy!). So who cares about 11 days? Not me.

Could someone post an example of non-wartime info that is deemed sensitive enough for only MM and over? (And incidently wartime info NOT exclusive to hitters).

No. A crew is very unlikely to reveal all shooters to everyone but the most trusted members.

Speaking of that, maybe it could be possible to handpick which members could view the HQ? Like if you found out that one of your buttons became a rat, you simply deny him any more HQ.

Part of the reason for this suggestion was to add more meaning to the rank of made man, if you are able to hand pick who gets to see these threads it completely negates that.
