Insulting people really won't get them to see your point any further. Just because people disagree with you or opinion or your suggestion doesn't mean you need to start hurling insults and then "take your toys and go home" by suggesting the thread be closed. There are still hundreds of others that may be of like mind to you.

People are perfectly able to run independent gambling rackets in this game, as Warrior already pointed out. But with this idea you're offering, it would virtually make casino's worthless, in my personal opinion. There are options of small time betting in the casino's that you can make money from. If you think giving everyone the option to own a small time racket is going to increase your profit, you're sadly mistaken. Why visit your small time racket, when there will be about one hundred to choose from.

There are plenty of ways to make profit that don't revolve around drugs. And plenty of casino's to make profit in without owning your own. In fact based on some of the gamblers we have here, small time operations would more than likely be wiped out completely, instead of turning a profit. Casino's are fine the way they are in my opinion.
