Hummm how about this. Its a simple as a button "Make Your One Phone Call" when clicked it will find a person to send a person to. The way it will find that person will go something like this:
- Grab active users (people who have clicked a page in the last 3 minutes)
- Sort them by
1 -> Same city
2 -> Is crew member -- This way crew members will be hit up first
3 -> Is contact -- Then contacts...
So priority will go something like
1 - Crew member in same city
2 - contact in same city
3 - random person in same city
4 - Crew member in any city (Will probably never get to this far, there will always be someone in the same city)
5 - Contact in any city
6 - Some random dude...
The person chosen will get a personal along the lines of "You received a desperate phone call from SomePlayer. They are locked in Philadelphia, you should break them out."
