Well. I, for one, am a bit confused. As far as I'm concerned, when Briana_Arao was authed, she was given control over that city, (Philly). However, when she decides to take control of her own city, she is slain. The auths you have set in place are being picked off one by one. When a person is given control of a city, that means... they should get to..well.. control the city. So, why doesn't anyone stick up for their city? Why doesn't anyone actually try to stop Marietta? Just because she survived one of the most devastating wars with the highest rank, doesn't necessarily give her power over everyone. You own your city. Stop putting up with this shit like "You can't get a 50 man HQ", or "You can't set up a friend unless Marietta gives the OK". As far as I have noticed, Marietta has either put restrictions on families, or killed them. Let that be a warning to all those "new auths" who have been up for weeks with not even a single street speech. Fucking sad.

Marietta has, as she has said been fair, in every manner. She has decided to let a community grow around her. So going from her position as the last woman standing to a point where she has decided to help aspiring gangsters to rank and let everyone have a slice of the wealth, she is now being accused of tyranny????
Surely if Marietta was the tyrant you all claim her to be, she would have allowed only a few very close friends to set up, if even that, thereby cementing her as the next godmother of these parts, rather than filling all the cities with 2 famnillies each where possible.
What Marietta does, is and always has been in the best interests of this community, there may be some things you'd rather see done differently - well, when you're in that position to dictate terms, then you can do that, until then, STFU!
I for one applaud you Marietta, it takes balls(?) to do what you have done. Please do not let the unwashed masses affect your judgement.

To all the Nay sayers, i think Mac says it well...except the balls comment!
But really as they say, "to the victor goes the spoils" And after the last great war, Marietta had all of MR to rule. And what did she do? She opened up her doors and instituted a plan to setup 14 Cl's in 7 cities so that everyone has a diff flavor to choose from...so to speak.
The last war was fought over MR being boring, the Cl's not doing enough to brighten things up. Marietta gave it flavors with different cl's. And its not like each of these cl's came out of the riot family, but they were friends and foe's alike.
Now when she has blatantly said that her duty to MR is to setup 14 cl's and once that is done she will retreat to being the DON of Det rather then being the nurturer of MR, everyone is pointing and saying "Tyrant". It was her good graces that she implemented the "plan" to let everyone live after the war and yet "tyrant!!!"
I understand that some people have a problem with these cl's not being able to rule supreme in their cities, but there has to be order. And all that order requires is wait till we have 14 cl's. If that's the only requirement that a Don that could very well rule all of MR with a Iron fist asks, whats the problem?
Keep it up Marietta. Order needs to be kept one way or the other!!! |
