It's not actually laughable, it's unlikely given the bloodline, but not laughable. A member of my family was once a Godfather that had barely 200 kills to their name. Not everyone stalks the streets hunting for bums to kill all day Telkin. 

Bodyguards: Your bodyguard status will not exceed Obscenely well protected nor will any of your members.

I see many people criticize this rule in particular, but it does make sense to me. Why ? Well, as it has already been mentioned, simply to keep things under control. Without it, nothing prevents someone to set up, to cap himself and to buy tons of BGs for some of their members. It doesn't even need to be the cap for the others, just strong IWP's. Yes, it's a lot of money, but it has already been seen.

And Ragnar may or may not be able to kill a capped person... that's not even the true problem... The fact is, dealing with several of them in such a case is an entirely other story. So this OWP restriction definitely makes sense to me. You don't want to deal with several highly protected people in case shits happen.

My reasons for the limit on bodyguards isn't due to my shooting skill but for the protection of those families within Philadelphia, your own included. I even spoke with Don Wiggle about this prior to my taking Godfather in Bella Vista.

As for the price, no one is forcing you setup within my district and any decent earner can earn double that amount per week when not paying crew leader taxes. However I will be amending the prices based on fortifications as I admit I hadn't taken the purchase of fortifications into account. The revised prices will be announced later.

you have to earn my respect, i do not give it blindly. To often we see people say they respect you one day and turn on you the next. Just because your a Godfather doesn't mean you have earned it nor have the right to demand it. You can demand my death if you want, i really don't care, wont be the last time i die either.  As for the reason for the protection limit, what the fuck does a CL under you being OWP have to do with the protection of the rest of Philadelphia? Unless you plan on killing off every CL that builds a good gun, It has absolutely nothing to do with the rest of Philadelphia. You are absolutely right, no one is forces me to do anything i don't want to do.  As far making double that per week without CL taxes, I make triple that per week, whether or not i am required to pay taxes.

Given the cost of building up fortifications I am amending the pricing structure.

$1,000,000 per week until the status of Extremely Well Fortified is reached then $3,000,000 per week there after. There will be no $5,000,000 per week payments.

There has been some interest prior to and after the changes in prices and we should soon see two people setting up in Bella Vista once they are ready.
