You brought RL into this Scorpion. If RL would apply to your theory then they nonexistent entities such as Durdens would play into it as well.

Lol moderation is key, plus a gram of cocaine in real life would possibly give you an incredible boost you wouldn't regularly have. Mafia is about survival and if you had these tools in hand would you use it. Just like in real life be careful to not be addicted. Plus it would be such a small significant increase with one gram you would have to gamble and take more to actually "earn" a boost so hard work is still in order. 

Well then Mercury go make a game change suggestion to eliminate Durdens :P

It's a game suggestion, many players want realism; with this game add on the code is easy, the way drugs are used would be understandable and above all fun :D

You can pull out a gram of coke while RP.

I think it is clear I don't like this idea. I don't see this as real anyway. Coke gives you a rush, makes you feel bulletproof in a sense but who is to say it would increase your aim? That is what you are suggesting and I don't believe that would be true at all. A gun boost would be increasing your aim. In fact, I think doing a line would make you careless with your gun. Why, you might even shoot yourself in the foot in the stupor of an adrenaline rush.

Many many many drug lords and Mafia hit men defiantly use cocaine and other performance drugs. Killing someone is a tough and scary thing to do, one gram of cocaine would not take away from the fact that you are about to kill someone possibly the adrenaline in your body would counteract the cocaine. Not saying you might feel a slight bump but taking about 2 grams of cocaine would defiantly make you wired and focused to where the adrenaline would  just make you calm enough to do a horrible act such as murder.

Now a good point is made, if someone should take 3+ grams would it help or hurt the stats? Who knows we could put a roll the dice feature like how we talked on the over dosage.  

OR Mercury since cocaine does affect people differently maybe we can put a feature that whenever you take a gram of anything the possibility of the drug helping or hurting your stats is like a dice roll and random.   It could help you are hurt you thats life.

I've been reading through the comments, you don't want it to count as XP or permanent state. When you do the gram of cocaine it only boosts you kind of like when you do a petty to help you jail break. 

I will assure you, the idea does not seem "legit".

This idea seems Mafia Matrixish. It doesn't seem to line up with the game we have here.

It's an adrenaline rush, always do a petty before a JB or Wack it increases your chances of being successful.
