Titus walks out onto the streets, he only sees very few mobsters standing here. None of which that he recognizes. He looks around and decides to rant. He knows this rant has been heard a ton throughout the ages but he decides to make the populous hear it once again. Titus grabs a soapbox flips it and hops on top.

"Where is everyone? I don't think I have ever seen our streets this empty! I remember a time in which this was the place where everything went on! Now days, many people talk behind closed doors. Such as MM's, crew chat, and HQ bars. I don't think this is a bad thing no not at all but I do believe it makes the community less close. I try and get out and meet new people but I understand it can be hard!"

" I know many times people do not come out onto the streets because they are afraid that everyone will pick on them or be rude for simple grammatical errors. Yes I understand it can be hard to get through some people's writing's.. Hell for some of you it may be hard for you to read what I'm saying right now."

Titus bounces off the box sets it back where he found it and waits for the conversations to begin.

My line used to be incredibly active on the streets. I've lost the drive. Those familiar with me I'm sure will be able to guess the reasons, but I just don't have the interest in putting myself out there and dancing with death in the way my ancestors have.

Maria shrugs. There are many reasons for her unwillingness to be as forthright as her ancestors, but at the end of the day... why SHOULD she get into it? 'Sometimes', she thought, 'these streets are more trouble than they are worth.'

  I understand what your saying there Maria, many times when we do let our name be known to the world it makes us a target of some sorts. Most of us know this, I wish it wasn't this way! I wish the streets could be a peaceful place to socialize. But, we are all mobsters on these streets so we must all know what we are stepping into every time we come onto these shores.

Of course. But you asked why the streets are so silent. Well, in part, your answer is, that lines like mine have lost a lot of the interest they once had in maintaining a regular presence and trying to bring new and interesting material to these streets. Sure, I'll personally do that kind of thing if it particularly strikes me, but the general enthusiasm for it is gone, the aim to put time into creating new and interesting material is gone. There is a price to be paid for both actions and inaction out here, and I believe that inaction to some is as off putting as the actions of some. You put a lot of time into preparing a speech or the like, and get fuck all response, and why the hell should you keep going? It's as simple as that sometimes at the end of the day.

Well, i believe the reason for not posting so much is because there are some stupid dumbass's posting random shit. Like oh i will just kill myself huhhuh. Like really?? who cares go kill your self already, hell give me the gun, and i will do it for you. Like new york, you got to suck ass just to post in business district. Reason why i left. Thats why.

I cant speak for everybody, but for me the main thing that keep's my street activity low is accountability.

we are all judged on our street apperance's, and what we say will allways reflect out character.

Many a man has found him self looking down the barrel for saying the wrong thing, and so I am carefull as to when I speak, as to what matter's ill get involved in and especially carefull on how I represent myself, since my word's cant reflect badly on myself. But more importantly, they can reflect badly on my family.

Solid overheard just enough to be intrigued into the debate. He moved in closer to take everything in before shedding any light.  He was going to say something but Kobra had stated he left New York with a very specific reason.

"Kobra, you have my attention. Was there anything else you would like to get off your chest that New York might be inclined to hear?"

Solid put his hands in his pockets as he walked towards Kobra's location so he didn't have to yell to make sure precise communication was transmitted accurately.

"I will gladly take any further complaints while I'm here."

Looking into Kobra's eyes with the look that appeared to deliver the emotion of discontent.

More like not be an idiot and put some effort into it. Spamming multiple bars into a bar district doesn't make you seem smart or rank faster, it just makes you look like a dumbass.

I turned down your business idea because it was spam. I definitely would have helped you to improve it, and improve the idea behind it, had you wished to make another attempt. But yeah, sorry, we're not big on spammy shit businesses clogging up other people's hard work.

Visas had been wandering the streets with her friend Solid when Solid had stopped to address Kobra over a comment he had made about the wonderful city of New York Visas frowned at Kobra her face contorting into a snarl that failed to hide her contempt at Kobras comment about the city she called home.

Scorpion arrives after hearing news of the streets, he pulled up in a black 1930's ford. Him and a two bodyguards exit the car and he makes is ways towards the streets where the New York Don's were standing at. 

I understand what has happened here. A son has lost a father and the emotions were too hard to bottle up and kept closed since the topic on the street was too close to the death related of his father. I apologize for anything said by Kobra, I am teaching this young one the ways of this world of ours. Even a god would have trouble bottling up emotions of a lost father no matter what the reason. Please forgive us for Kobras comment earlier it will not happen again.

New York is a fine wonderful city, built by hard working people. Things happen for random reasons in this world but lets best focus on moving on and building as friends and humans. I am honored to even be standing in front the great leaders of New York, I hope we have some understanding from this.

A son, who has landed directly on his feet and into a hand position within days of joining your crew, Scorpion, is suffering from bottled up emotion when he made some incredibly disrespectful comments on the freedom of speech within the city of New York? I don't know who his father was, and whether or not he chose to leave New York and allow his son to continue on working for you, but what I do know, is this:

My line has ancestors within New York. My line was allowed an incredible amount of free speech in the city of New York. Yes, eventually, members of my line died for things said, but what was said, was not idle chit chat. So, maybe New York might have asked people to speak with some form of sense and substance - not what seems to have happened when Kobra posted earlier, and one can assume that this is a genetic issue. (Just out of interest, Kobra, who exactly are the stupid dumbasses here? I haven't seen anyone posting on the streets that they are going to kill themselves, to my memory, lately. I've seen a lot of speeches to that nature down OOC Avenue, but not on these streets.) I wouldn't blame New York for asking for some level of standards by their representation. If you are willing to be represented by your people in the way that Kobra has just represented you, that is your prerogative, but that does not give your right hand the right to come out, call others stupid dumbasses, or blast another city. And the fact that you yourself have come out here and apologized doesn't exactly give me confidence that there is any level of remorse from Kobra.

Actually Maria people have come to the streets to speak about suicide. We got random trolls attacking us while we set up here in Detroit, kind of bad luck. Anyways they said stupid things that in reality were a warrant note for their deaths. I see where my right hand man comes, yes he is my hand and has full trust until the end I have seen nothing but great things in my family from this man other than this. 

You have full trust in a man that comes out and disrespects the city i call home?

That man is your voice so i am to assume that his view on how the city i call home is also your view thank you for clearing that up for me.

Really do you Visas? By I know where my right hand man comes from it would be on how he made this mistake. His father died from what it seems to be a speech issue, noticing that this is a speech debate in the streets I could see his bottled up emotions and why we would make such a move. 

Where exactly have you see this, though? The only street speeches I have seen regarding imminent suicide of late, have been from the Superbee bloodline. So, it isn't actually every second speech, like your hand would seem to seek to imply. There have been several of late down OOC Avenue, but that... is not the Streets. It's OOC Avenue.

But, even so, I'd like to know what Kobra finds so invalid and infuriating about people speaking about their decision to speak about their suicide. As long as it is done respectfully and keeps to the character of the man or woman that these shores have seen them as, I don't see the issue. Please don't try to answer that one for him; I'm genuinely curious about why HE finds it so infuriating, not your attempts to play politician.

I'd also like to know how exactly the city of New York made him "suck ass" in order to join in on the business districts. Who's ass, how hard, and was there tongue?

I do fail, however, to see what "random trolls attacking you as you set up" has got to do with ANY of this, perhaps you'd like to elaborate on what the issue was here and how it relates to intense disrespect from your right hand?

Congratulations on him having your full trust. I'm genuinely thrilled for you that he has your full trust. But his comment was misjudged at best, and like it or not, as he is your right hand, it reflects back directly on you.

My last few ancestors died from "speech issues". We learned to move on from it and change our style. If the style of your right hand at this point reflects the style of his father, it doesn't exactly shock me to learn that it lead his ancestor into an early grave. 

Maria Kobra hasn't said a word since I stepped in. How do you know about remorse when he has been silent after the incident? I have taken action in my family to make sure this will not happen again. I am a leader and I understand people will have mistakes in there life, I have myself made a mistake in my life time but mercy was shown to me. You know what makes a great person great.. it's mercy. I understand it was blinded rage for Kobra, and I bestow mercy onto him. We don't know the future but odds are he will learn from this experience. If we can move on and progress and all better ourselves we all win. I already shared that I admire the great Don's of New York so you know my true voice and whats going on. 

Everybody around her has lost Mothers and Fathers it is how one carries themselves afterwards they are judged on, So you place an man who has a chip on his shoulder at your right hand a chip that not only reflects on him but how you and your crew is run? You think that is a wise choice to make?
