Sorry Santino

Harvey smiles, and offers Santino a cigar as his way to apologize

I think, PostMan, I thanked you for thanking me. Does that count?

I believe we should try harder to show our respects. And I use that word sternly. There's many, MANY, definitions of the word, but I mean to say showing respect for someone who busted you out of jail. A simple thank you is the easiest. All I ask is to remember that some people are busy and don't look at a thank you as a priority.

So, let me stir things up a bit here, and ask: Does not saying thank you (or something to the effect) have the opposite effect as if you did? Or does it merely mean nothing, keeping everything neutral?

Santino <3 Harvey

No, really, I have nothing more to add to this conversation. But kudos to PostMan, he's the politest mofucka there ever was.
Report Post Tip
Well not wanting to add to the negitive on this point sir if we take it one step farther..

Example: Darn it man I have been in jail now foe 3 minutes / why is there not anyone breaking me out... the lasy S.O.B.'s I know they could do it.

Here is what I see may happen / This person is already building an attitude / Do you think he'll even try to break people out?

Or:

Darn I have been in here 6 minutes Opps cool I am out....mails the person that breaks him out

Sir you broke me out...Don't you think you could do it sooner next time Shhhs Your a loser for being slow now I missed my best drug run ever.

So in turn I believe although a little time comsumning at times it is always good to thank those that break you out. And maybe we that break them out could make a bigger deal of it for them.

Just more thought on the matter.
Report Post Tip
I've been broken out of jail plenty of times. Not once have I ever known who did it. Maybe its just my eyes. You know, I get nervous and start to black out, so I don't always see too well. But, I mean, I'd thank anyone who I actually was conscious enough to watch rescuing me.
Report Post Tip
Sir I would not blackout around the jail / There are people here that may take advantage of you in that state and I don't just mean Bubba
Report Post Tip
Santino finishes doing pull-ups, fresh prison-ink all over his pumped torso, looking very Bubba.

"Black out any time in my bunk, bay bay."
Report Post Tip
Sir I will send Bubba right over after the lights go out / He'll like the pumped up you :}
Report Post Tip
Oshi. Hey guys, I'll personally thank anybody breaking me out?

Glances at Crowley. Especially you, sweet-cheeks.
Report Post Tip
See Crowley I told you "Don't pass out in the jail"
Report Post Tip
I am going to say this about that.

I am going to do what it takes to get the most of my time as a criminal.

If I was in front of a 7-11 and saw the cops stop someone who was about to rob the store, would I stop, distract the cops so that we can both attack the store and divvy up the take?

HELL NO, not unless that person was from my gang and my family. Otherwise, its MY loot, its MY job and I have no desire to loose anything due to someone else who got busted or any other reason.

When it comes to jail, I'm going to bust out those who advance me the most, those who are the reason that I am jail busting to start.

I want to rank up and be more than I am now.

Am I selfish? hell yes, otherwise I'd be giving out charity in church instead of robbing 7-11's.
Report Post Tip
All I am asking sir is just thank those that bust you out when you find yourself wrapped in BUBBA.
Report Post Tip
when i am wrongfully imprisoned and someone breaks me out, i give a thanks as they are risking their neck getting me out. It is a simple gesture, but with so many people looking for the next rank and a lil more cash, sometimes is the simple things that pass us in life.
Report Post Tip
Ok well thanks if you have ever broke me out but at the end of the day if we all thanked everyone every time someone busted someone out we would all be done for Spamming if im correct :)
Report Post Tip
Approaches the crowd shaking his head......

Is this a joke?

It must be surely. I for one do not want people to thank me when I break them out of jail and would warn you to not bother thanking me should you break me out.

I jailbreak for furthering my own career and reputation, and the benefits of succeeding said Jailbreak is your thanks to me. I do not need a note which I will waste my precious time reading.

Is this the Mafia or some sort of best friends club?

With this suggestion you would be erring towards the latter I am afraid.....

Tips his hat and wanders away....

Well we all are allowed our own opinions here.
Report Post Tip
not only do i thank the people that break me out but i also pays my respects by givin them a gift

A slender woman approaches the crowd, listening to what all have to say she takes a few moments to ponder her feelings on the topic at hand. She leans against a lamp post and bites her lip, deep in thought. Coming to a conclusion she coughs quietly and steps in the the middle of the crowd trying to draw attention to her. Her gentle cough going unnoticed by the gentlemen discussing their views rather loudly she places her fingers between her lips and lets out the shrillest of whistles. As they turn to look at her, the feelings of disgruntlement apparent in their eyes, she smiles as innocently as she can muster and bats her eyelashes. Her voice unwavering she proceeds to speak in a firm yet gentle tone of voice.

Now that I have your attention...

Personally, I don't care either way. It's no big deal to me. I love talking to people but at the same time on the rare occasion I am jail breaking I get frustrated when I have messengers handing me envelope after envelope in between breakouts. It can get rather annoying. Not to mention it distracts me from my goal of freeing those wrongly imprisoned for falling asleep or freeing those sleeping souls of our world.

While I am appreciative when I am broken out, I take into consideration how that blinking herd of messenger boys wearing pink tutus is amusing BUT also very distracting and annoying.

Some may consider my silence rude, trust me, that is not what I am trying to be. I am merely being considerate to those that feel the same as I do about the distraction of men in pink tutus (Reminiscent of the one a certain airborne male of the porcine persuasion would wear for my grandmother Iris on Friday nights.) and the lack of being able to find the time in between rescues from the Ghost of Bubba that is said to haunt the cells of our city prisons. Not to mention the energy to come up with creative new ways to say "You are welcome." I am sure you can agree it can become quite tiresome after the first few.

To each their own, we all have our own opinions on the topic. Like a wise person once said, opinions are like assholes, we all have one.

She smiles once again and pushes her way through the crowd of men not bothering to react to the cat calls and snide remarks of her boldness to step forward as a woman in this thing of ours.

*wonders if you would be so eager to jail break if you got nothing out of it...

Sir,

The people who do not say thank you, are they ungrateful or are you just over reacting?

Should the jails one day become pointless and a waste of our time because we gained nothing out of it, would you still sit there risking your freedom to break out random Gangsters? I highly doubt it, so therefore, should you not be grateful to those you break out?

"ty 4 jb" < Can t get much easier... Ooo ooo ooo you. could copy and paste it to people

Rourkey pours himself a glass of whiskey

I've messed that up a few times and sent "ty 4 bj" only to be disappointed when they haven't officially followed through.
