I think it would add some realism to the business districts if owners were charged a certain amount to open up a business in order to get all of the paperwork and stuff to get it running and those that post in businesses were charged like say someone wants to open up a business in NY they would have to pay I dunno maybe X amount to the city government to get all of the proper paperwork and permits to run a business. If someone wants to post in a thread the owner of the business cold set up a cost maybe X amount of dollars. Another thing would be being able to close a business maybe the owner wants to shut it down or they died if its closed it should appear boarded up and closed down like this Yankee Liquors  (Closed) just because there are many threads in business districts that have been abandoned  that's about it what do you guys think?

Very, very decent idea. Anything that adds more realism to this beautiful game should be supported and you have Superman's support.

I seem to remember a similar idea to this a couple of years ago (Over a year anyway) that never really got any support beyond the initial buzz, but I'd be all for it.

There's the 3 that I found with a quick search, I'm all for anything that brings added realism to the business district, especially with the added importance of it with VIP status etc.
