*head lowered*

*takes a puff of his joint, but just puts it out*

*thinks, "this is not the right time"*

Hate to see you stepping down, but sometimes other things are more important to handle.

I hate to see another veteran in this thing of ours leave and you truly are a veteran.

Good luck with your future ventures!

Sal my old friend, I dont know the details as im not involved in business as much as before, but im sure your reasons are just and good and I wish you the best in what you have planned for the future.

Some pull out a pistol and kill their enemies, some go crazy and get drunk and go nuts and some respectfully take a step back and move onto bigger and better things..

Your actions show what kind of man you are, and nobody can take that.

Ill see you around the streets someday friend and to the two leaders to take your place: You have a true mobsters shoe to fill, so best of luck.

Today I am deeply sadened by your retirement Mr. Giaquinto. I have served under you for a good time and I would like to thank you for the excellent effort you have put into our thing here in New Orleans. You deserve nothing but respect. Enjoy your retirment boss...Buona Fortuna.

Sal I will miss you and miss working out plans for this city. I know we will keep in touch but it is a shame this day came. I do know your reasons are not selfish in the least and I admire you for thinking of your men and women in this crazy time.

Extremely sad to see, Sal, but I'm sure you have your reasons. You are seeing it through with dignity. Best of luck, and to the new auths.

Sal. It has been a complete privilege and pleasure working for you. I will miss being in your family, but I'm sure that Brick_Pollitt and High_Soc will continue your legacy in the fine example you have set.

Walks up and hears the announcement. With a sad look on his face, he begins to speak...

Sal you took me in when others turned me down. I worked hard for you and made me your LHM for the little time we had before this. I learned a great deal from you and respect the way you did certain things when others do not. We have many things in common as in the way we like to see things done. I think that's why we worked together so well. Its going to be hard to work for someone else but I'll fulfill your wishes.

I hope to see the family back up in the future. Take care.

Sal no one was more happier then me when you became a CL except you of course. I know you loved every second of it. You stepped down for the good and welfare of your family. I have always respect the way you did things, thats why I once called you pops. I remember a thread you wrote if you could be remember what do you want people to remember for.

I think you achieved your goal. You were and are still respected as a Mafioso of Honor, Respect and Class. I know you'll still be around from time to time and I hope to see you on these streets.

Good luck in your endeavors I hope all goes well amigo!

It's sad to see you go Sal. You are one hell of a man, and there is no doubt in my mind that you were one hell of a leader. I haven't had much experience with your successor, but if you have faith in him, then so do I. I will truly miss seeing you in that bold suit.

Good luck in the rest of your ventures.
