Campaign For CharlesLuciano - NY's Mission With the opening for crews in New York, we at the Campaign for CharlesLuciano - NY believe our candidate will be the right choice for the job. Our mission is to promote and defend the great American principles of individual liberty, constitutional government, sound money, free markets, and a noninterventionist foreign policy, by means of educational and political activity. Statement of Principles Americans inherit from our ancestors a glorious tradition of freedom and resistance to oppression. Our country has long been admired by the rest of the world for her great example of liberty and prosperity — a light shining in the darkness of tyranny. But many Americans today are frustrated. The existing New York political choices they are offered give them no real choice at all. For all their talk of "change," no New York political party as presently constituted challenges the status quo in any serious way. No one in a New York family treats the Constitution with anything but contempt. No one in a New York family offers any kind of change in monetary policy. No one in a New York family wants to make the reductions in government that our crushing debt burden demands. No one in a New York family talks about bringing American troops home from around the world. Our country is going bankrupt, and none of these sensible proposals are even on the table. This current destructive lack of authority in New York has suffocated American political life for many years. Anyone in New York who tries to ask fundamental questions instead of cosmetic ones is ridiculed or ignored. With the departure of the great FrankieFigs, New York NEEDS someone who can step back to the table and fight for New Yorkians everywhere. That is why the Campaign for CharlesLuciano - NY was established: to highlight the neglected but common-sense principles we champion and reinsert them into the American political conversation. The U.S. Constitution is at the heart of what the Campaign for CharlesLuciano - NY stands for, since the very least we can demand of our city's government is fidelity to its own country's governing document. Claims that our Constitution was meant to be a "living document" that judges may interpret as they please are fraudulent, incompatible with unified government, and without foundation in the constitutional text or the thinking of the Framers. Thomas Jefferson spoke of binding our rulers down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution, and we are proud to follow in his distinguished lineage. With our Founding Fathers, we also believe in a noninterventionist foreign policy. We are convinced that the American people cannot remain free and prosperous with 700 military bases around the world, troops in 130 countries, and a steady diet of war propaganda. Our military overstretch is undermining our national defense and bankrupting our country. We believe that the free market, reviled by people who do not understand it, is the most just and humane economic system and the greatest engine of prosperity the world has ever known. We believe that central banking distorts economic decisionmaking and misleads entrepreneurs into making unsound investments. The central bank's ability to create money out of thin air transfers wealth from the most vulnerable to those with political pull, since it is the latter who receive the new money before the price increases it brings in its wake have yet occurred. For economic and moral reasons, therefore, we join in opposing the Federal Reserve System, which has reduced the value of the dollar by 95 percent since it began in 1913. We oppose the dehumanizing assumption that all issues that divide us must be settled at the federal level and forced on every New York community, whether by activist judges, a power-hungry executive, or a meddling Congress. We believe in the humane alternative of local self-government, as called for in our Constitution. We believe that freedom is an indivisible whole, and that it includes not only economic liberty but civil liberties and privacy rights as well, all of which are historic rights that our civilization has cherished from time immemorial. Our stances on other issues can be deduced from these general principles. The city of New York is ailing. That is the bad news. The good news is that the remedy is so simple and attractive: a return to the principles our Founders taught us. Respect for the Constitution, the rule of law, individual liberty, sound money, and a noninterventionist foreign policy constitute the foundation of the Campaign for Charles Luciano - NY. Are you calling my information plagiarized? I guarantee that in this era of the 1930's, NOTHING has been written close to this caliber of publication. I'll list some reasons why CharlesLuciano is an excellent candidate. 1. He is an outspoken member of the community. Many times my ancestors and I have seen calls to the streets, urging the leaders of the day to be more vocal and venture out into the world for discussion. CharlesLuciano is not afraid to voice his opinion whether it is widely-supported or fairly unpopular. He is a regular member of several bars scattered over the Seven Cities as well as a major contributor to the streets (as well as game suggestions, OOC, and the Outside forums). 2. He is creative. We have all witnessed the many laws and initiatives by the current Godfathers and Family Heads towards their respective cities. Obviously this require ingenuity, forethought, and careful planning to enact. CharlesLuciano, as evidenced through his excellent rap battles and role play creations, shows that he is definitely capable of being a "fresh voice" for New York. I have no doubt in my mind that he will help bring New York back to the forefront similar to the other cities. 3. He holds leadership experience. CharlesLuciano is quite often the LHM to Stapled in Chicago and is listed as one of the two recruiting contacts for his family. I understand that there are many opportunities currently for mafiosos to retain upper-structure jobs in their families, but CharlesLuciano has done a wonderful job representing both himself and his family in a noble fashion. 4. He is a diplomat. CharlesLuciano acts as a visionary and strong contact for other cities as well his own. Frequently I have witnessed his excellent dealings with myself, Marietta, and Aurora in Detroit, both KingOfOnePercent and Acute in Las Vegas, obviously Stapled's family in Chicago, and the Godfather ThomasRourke in New Orleans. CharlesLuciano is never quick to judge and maintains excellent contact with outside parties. 5. He is not MagicMan Strongest reason of them all, tbh. All in all, CharlesLuciano is a fine choice to be the next family head of New York. He has all the qualities that women lust for, men aspire to be, and children choose in their role models. | New York has no families! When I get a chance to start a family I will start it in New York. My family moved from New York because it was to dangerous. we were the only family there.People would have tried to whack us because we did'nt have a Godfather. | |

I'd like to also publicly state for the record that in no way has CharlesLuciano asked me to come to the streets on his behalf to speak out about the vacancies in New York. Also, the both of us are extremely respectful for the process that has been setup in order to choose who will be selected for either The Bronx or Queens in the first go-round. Charles has informed me that he is excited about the opportunity that lay in front of him and eagerly anticipates the time that he will be able to discuss this further with the selection committee. |

No disrespect SodaPop, but I would say Charles here is far more known as a vocal entity than you are. As far as I'm concerned - CharlesLuciano is one of the most underrated mobsters that walk these shores, and I am more than prepared to throw my clout behind this move! |

| I don't understand all this crazy talk about political parties and candidates, and for your information, there have been no U.S. troops abroad since they came home from World War I.
