Should their really be the simple loop hole as a new auth just needs to bring in his 1 day old gangster first into the crew to be able to make him a hand? We have seen numerous crews without a trusted person in the RHM position for weeks and not have issues, and it shouldn't be anyone elses problem other than theirs if they don't have someone that meets the RHM requirement when they want to set up? It's just laughable bringing someone into your inner circle that hasn't gotten their button and ruins any meaning that the rank of Made Man ever had.
