Emori walks up to the group before her. She had kindly asked her fellow Mafioso's to gather here today. This was her first time ever giving a speech and she was usually one to just listen to others, but this time it was her turn. Clearing her throat she smiled at all who stood before her as she began her short, but to the point speech. "I have come before you today to voice a concern of mine. It seems more and more of the new kids on the block are becoming rude and ignoring the higher ups. I at first thought it was because they were mostly on their own or not asking for any help, but when I went to them to offer help they either just didn't respond or brushed me off. I'm sure many of you have encountered this, but what other actions are there besides threatening death? Is there some way we can move these men and women to want to change? I have been pondering this for quite some time and I watched the head of my family struggle with it too. Perhaps one of you have a suggestion or even a comment on my thoughts. I would surely like to hear it." Emori stopped and took a deep breath. Then holding her head high, she looked around and waited for others to respond. |

| Well Emori. The best thing we can do for these young mobsters is just teach them the rules and on how to pay respect. The rest of it is all upto them sadly. Afterall they type what is to be said so they are 100% responsible for what they say. | |

| I hear this a lot from more experienced colleges than myself, but fortunately I've never encountered this, I don't really speak to alot if newcomers but the ones I do seem quite respectful and willing to learn. | |

| I would have to say take there gun away and demote them until they learn to not be insubordination. If they stay at a gangster for an extended period of time I think they will get the message. | |

"Emori, this question has been brought up in the past, my grandfather as well had brought up the issue. You can't force or sway one to change themselves. The will has to come from within. Now this sticky situation is left up to the Crew Leaders of the world to deal with. They make the decision to, give the young man or woman a chance, or leave them homeless and dying. I guess the only thing that we can do as individuals is try and work with them, if it's a failure then it's a failure. Just hope they heard what you had to say and passed it on to their kin who would hopefully use the advice. It's a dog eat dog world, some just have to learn that the hard way." |

| I bleieve If we keep pursuiting a positive attitude towards the young mafia community then they will get the hin thart we are here to help versus wanting to cap there asses. If that needs to be the outcome though then so be it. You NEVER disrespect a high rank especially CL's unless you have an absolute death wish! | |

The majority of the newcomers i speak to are actually friendly and willing to learn and progress. Having said that it is disappointing to see how many of them end up in the obits just days after arriving on our shores. There is only so much we can do to help and guide them. In the end it is down to them to have the spirit within and the willingless to learn our way of life. If they are not interested then in the help and guidance we give to them then there is not much we can do about it other than keep trying with them in hope they have a channge of heart and start putting the effort in. |

Grudge walks up and brush a little sweat of his brow,since speaking in front of higher ranked and surely well armed crowd usually made him a bit nervous Well I'm deeply saddened to say this but I found that great deal of this disrespectful youth comes from well established bloodlines. Rarely will someone who's first of his family to join this way of life pass up opportunity to learn how this world works.I know I didn't and sure as hell my son will share same values.On the other side all too often we hear Thug who comes from strong bloodline talking down to even Don's.Should bloodline matter?Of course.But there should be limit to anything.Thank you for your time. Joker thinks to himself than stands up I have never come across anyone who is disrespectful that has a lower rank than me. Maybe one or two with a higher rank. |

Sits on his trusty Park Bench I don't know, I don't mind someone ignoring me really. It is their loss, you know the "wealth" of knowledge of I have to offer and such laughs a little outloud Anyway, seriously I am not offended nor do I find it disrespectful to not answer me. After all I accosted them on the sidewalk un-invited. I do how ever get a little bit of a itch under my finger nails when some one fires back a disrespectful answer or rude sarcastic response. Some people, walk around wanting to prove they can do it alone. I admire that more than I do the person who spams everyone and their mothers uncle's pimp for $1000.00. looks up to the sky and takes in the fresh air |

Joker lights up a cigar Well if they ignore you I dont find it that disrespectful. But if they are showing alot of disrespect in public, than thier needs to be some action. Im not sayin killing them. But just ask their CL they are bein disrespectful and see if it helps. If not than I dunno what you should do. Not my desicion their. |

Many of the disrespectful, arrogant, loud-mouthed youngins that appear on these streets seem to have come from deep-seeded bloodlines. Even though some of them may not have ever accomplished anything significant during their time, I think they feel a sense of self-entitlement due to the amount of time they have put in. However, this does not exempt them from disrespectfully expressing their views. Then again, our way of life is one that is known to be filled with disrespect as much as it is based on respect itself. So it should not come to anyone's surprise. extinguishes the lit cigarette on his own tongue and then flicks it to the floor |
