I assume your kin was a MadeMan and above RainSinclair? If it was, it is the way of our world. MadeMan are a integral part of the family...they go down with the family as Don TonyCapazzo just stated. Now others can argue that it wasn't 'specifically' written in the Pro order. But Its generally understood, Made Men are family. If a family gets attacked...its really the Made's taking the shots. The lower ranks are at times awarded amnesty...such as in this case.

Thank you for your comment LordBlackwod.   I remember my Mother speaking very highly of you.  As of yet I have no knowledge as to why my Mother was gunned down in her sleep.  All I have are the words from people on the street with no official statement as to why it all transpired.  

Protection Orders

The option of placing a protection order will be on the person who created the scenario that requires it. In war, the option of protecting crews members will be in the hands of the victor.

I learn from the laws that are written.   Apparently you feel Godfather Chairman Tetley intentions were to go with what’s “generally understood” and I have no problem with that. I take nothing for granted I was not completely certain what he meant by “only includes those who are tagged” like others who argued that it wasn't 'specifically' written” in his order.

It clearly stated Members of the fallen leaders Cloud and Louis-Manciagl.

This protection order only includes those who are tagged with either Avalanche or Torrential Downpour.

There had been so many recent deaths. Could it not be possible in this new era of this thing of ours, based on this particular event, the guilty met their demise, other had been killed, mission accomplished and as the victor the order purposely deviated to end it all granting amnesty to the living?

This might be highly unlikely or farfetched.  I am sorry though my grieving I perceived it to be a possibility.
