Well Prem, I knew this day would come eventually.  We have seen the best and worst of what people can be, but you've never wavered as a leader with me.  We went through the March War together, rogues, the war against Munchkin, and now the Big War.  You are a survivor, and you will continue to be so.  Despite Birday's best efforts you have outlasted him in every aspect that can be calculated.  Hopefully you have his corpse shipped out to some other state so he doesn't bring down the average quality of the people you produce.  I will miss you in my city my dear friend, do well in your new home.

Our bloodlines have known each other for many years through good times and bad and the one unwavering thing about you is that you have pretty much always acheived what you put your mind to. In recent times that character and ambition has lead to you becoming a long standing and respected crewleader a position that you appear to have relished and excelled at. However this latest step in your mafia life is one that i don't think i ever truly envisaged would occur,yet it is fully deserved and something i will be proud to say i lived to see with my own eyes.

Congratulations Godfather Premier, you've raised the bar of expectation once again and i look forward to seeing how you continue to impress your peers.

On a personal note, LA has been dear to my family line in the recent past and i'm glad that you are there now to take her hand and lead her to greatness once again.

Coming across Premier and RedHood as they are having dinner one evening, the Godmother wastes no time in excusing herself from her own table and approaching theirs. Marietta bows her head in respect for the man as she stands next to their silky, white table clothed table to, belatedly, share in the delightful news. Taking his hand she shakes it earnestly and smiles and nods towards the red-haired woman next to him.

"Salutations and congratulations, Signore Premier," she says in a hushed tone as a waiter walks by, so that they are not overheard. Bending lower she looks back and forth from the man to the woman before continuing.

"I must say, when I first heard that you were up to the task of rebuilding Los Angeles I thought you two were crazy. Yet, at the same time, I felt there was no better fit than the Spanish Inquisition. Time and time again your family has proven to be steadfast, reliable and responsible. You are exactly what the City of Angels needs at a time like this. You are businessmen and women with enough patience and heart to recapture the glory this city once knew."

Hearing a call from the other side of the dining room Marietta turned to see her dining companion waving at her. Their food had just been delivered. Turning back she smiled towards the pair once more.

"My apologies but I must get going," she continued in her whisper. "I suppose I'll wrap this up by saying congratulations once more. Congrats on your new position in This Thing of Ours; congratulations on your new city and your new budding empire. I think the rest of the underworld is in for a real treat once we see what you have in store. Long live Los Angeles."
