You see a small woman trying to drag her RH up onto the back of a ice delivery truck to speak. Hydro finally got Ceelo dragged up and the crowd assembled to see what her plight was. You notice she was smiling ear to ear. Could everyone pay attention a minute or so? As you know I don't often come to the streets and make many announcements this is a rare occurance for me. I try to keep more to my crew and our business there. This is the proudest day I've had in a very long time. If you all could. Would you join me in celebrating the Promotion of my RHM. Ceelo Goodie has made it to Don!!! Congratulations Ceelo, I know how much you deserve this promotion.
