I would like to announce an illustrious event for the city of Chicago. After careful consideration, Kizzy and I have decided to let a member of ours who has shown great dedication to the family and much promise as a leader set up as a captain in Chicago. I would like to introduce and welcome RjFuller to his very own HQ in Chicago! He will be setting up today when he is ready.

A younger man steps onto the platform, waving to the audience. Sidious steps back, applauding, as Kizzy leans over and speaks into the mic.

We ask that you please keep your congratulatory comments and well wishes here on the streets, as Mr. Fuller will be very busy setting himself up today. As many of you are well aware, this is a very busy time, and one that we'd like him to concentrate his full attention on. We thank you in advance for honoring this request.
