After hearing many speeches and debates on this topic lately i've decided to make a speech of myself, to let you know where I stand on the matter.

Authed shots on -48's, are not going to happen in LA, UNLESS they openly disrespected someone, or shot at someone. Proof required for boths.

Putting a sign up saying authed shot, is not a good enough reason. That shit is a fucking insult to people like myself, thomas and the other godfathers that spent hours, days trying to find the killers of -48. A fucking insult to the people who died for shooting -48s.

So if you want to slap me in the face you better choose to do it in another city, if it happens in LA, I will kill you, and I wont need you to put authed in your profile.

What? It was a good speech. Straighforward, to the point, and no room to argue. Hell, it was a perfect speech. And, I couldn't agree more.

This is what I like to see.  It took a bold man to come forth and make this statement.  I knew it had to be Prem!

Rules won't be bent in LA and I respect that!  Therefore -48 unsponsered will have their protection and not be taking advantage of by certain people, including myself.

I agree with GF Premier, as his former earner, his fellow mafia boss, and his friend!

In my recent talks with Godfather Premier, I had expressed my displeasure about the general direction the "Authed Shot" on -48s topic had taken.  I won't bore you again with my stance on it, if you'd like to see what I have to say on this matter you can refer to Jamaican Mob Marley's speech about authed shots on -48s that I spoke on about an hour or two ago.  Bottom line I think the whole activity is disrespectful, so when Premier approached me and said he liked what I had to say and wanted to expand upon it I was certainly interested in what he had to say.  To that degree, I absolutely agree with him, New York will not let anyone shoot a Gangster that is -48 regardless of whether they are shouting "Authed shot" from the rooftops.  This is a rule I want enforced not just IN New York, but also for New York families in whatever city they are in.  

The only two exceptions being blatant disrespect and an attempt on your life from the -48 first.  That is it.  I will be sending out a mail to my city shortly to make sure they all understand.

Its nice to see someone taking action about all this. Premier, ThomasRourke I shall alert my family right away of this rule and maybe If I decide to I might even do the same to my family. I can not do it to Detroit as I am not the Godfather/Mother of the city but I can stop my family from shooting all -48's. Give me some time I may be along side you both with this.

-48's are giving long enough to find a family and most of them make it to -48 gangster then say ok Ill give the shot to a friend. I think its stupid and I have never shot a -48 Gangster or a Gangster who is just over 48 hours. Don't ask me why but.. I just feel its wrong.

Godfather Premier has given you notice about how we view the -48 authed shot controversy here in the city of angels. Godmother Marietta, Godfather Rourke, Godmother Aurora, and Godfather Premier have put in countless hours insuring that those new to these shores have the opportunity to find a new home for themselves. We have seen the effectiveness of their hard work in the growth of our cities. Their actions have let us all see new found prosperity. We have also seen the end result of violating this edict, as the boneyard is full of people who shot at and killed these fresh new faces. Honest mistakes have been made, and we have seen the passing of many of our prominent citizens over this. Bosses, Capos, and Made Men whose one moment of indiscretion cost them a life time of achievement. We all know what is expected of us.

To see someone willingly place such a low premium on their life as to ask for it to be ended before their forty-eight hours is up is not a course of action I would ever endorse. To wish to see this action occur in a city that I am part of sickens me. The Godfathers and Godmothers have put too much effort into seeing this rule carried out, regardless of the cost to their own families, to allow it to happen. As Godfather Premier states, it is an affront to all that they have worked for.

It will not happen in Los Angeles. If you should desire to auth a -48 shot on yourself find somewhere else to carry it out. You are not welcome here. Do not take advantage of Godfather Premier. Catch the next thing smoking and get the fuck out of his city before you disrespect him. Los Angeles is united in this belief. We will not tolerate this behaviour any longer.

I totally agree. I'm very happy we're changing that, so  there is no more petty hits.

I like so many other back you one hundred purcent Godfather. I'm glad that we will be protecting those new to these shore the best we can. I repect Yours and Godfather ThomasRourkes passion on this matter. Like my crew leader before me I vow that I will not stand for this in our city.

I like the idea, if somebody wants to die, either let them shoot themselves, or wait until someone is allowed to shoot them =)

I share your stance on this topic, Godfather Premier. I applaud you, and all the other leaders who have taken a stance on this topic since it was once again thrust into the spotlight recently.

In fact, Kizzy and I discussed this very topic earlier today, to a very similar extent.

Chicago respects and will abide by this rule when traveling in LA, and will continue to not shoot at -48 gangsters in any of the cities without proper documented justification.

I will be making an announcement later today in regards to the policy we'll be adopting in Chicago.
