With any thing of this sort, there is NEVER a perfect way to handle things. It's, what I like to call an "IF THEN" statement...

meaning "IF this happens THEN this will happen" and in this case that will probably happen. -48 gangster cant get shot? let me tell Odd to "Fuck Off" (he needs to get in line for that it seems). If we don't shoot -48 Gangster unless they are disrespectful, then we get a influx of disrespectful -48 Gangsters. "Cause and Effect"

My very first rule in my family is shoot over 48 hour unsponsored gangster only (with fallen leaders there are different rules)

Godfather Premeir, I'll jump on board with this and say that The SPIRIT will continue to NOT shoot -48 regardless if mr Gangster says its okay. I do agree with Mr. Marley in the sense that a gangster has no ability to dictate MY rules. I guess speaking from a Crew leader stand point, I could always send said -48 Gangster and invite and shoot him later... although, im not some futuristic Doctor that will pull the plug on your life just because you ask me too...

I honestly cant believe this thing got this far out of hand. This is sopposed to be organized crime; meaning rules and strucyure are in effect.

See, this is the sort of thing we need. The Mafia is meant to be an order, and with that order comes rules, these rules should be in place to keep newcomers safe. The more newcomers that are kept safe... the more money we make.

Personally, I don't see what the major issue is/was, this was not the main thrust behind the -48 rule. Experienced bloodlines will always find a way to hand their death to someone if they so choose. This will just mean waiting another 24 hours.

However, what I think doesn't matter to anyone but me, you are the bosses. It would be good if all cities could follow NY/LA by clarifying their stance not only here, but via their city rules. Not everyone will hear the comments made here.

Similarly, I did not think this was the intention of the -48 rule, so thank you for the clarification.

I'm glad this rule is around. I would have hated it if I got shot when I was -48.
