Severe had not mourned the death of his Father Fear as there was nothing to mourn, the future was going to be a very stressful dramatic time given the sadness of the real world and the fact many people with him now would likely be feared and possibly killed for things they did in the past. However the time was now to speak on what exactly happened beginning to end and his opinions written from Fear's journal and why Fear did what he did. Severe knew he could speak on this where BlackBetty had just presented a speech but he did not feel she deserved such honor since her sharing was thus of one who did not even peek their face out until everything was said and done.

"Starting off when Fear joined Philadelphia he was in no way close to Tetley nor did he ever trust Tetley, he did however promise Tetley that he would build a massive gun for him. That was however the only promise he had made at that time. As time went by he became closer to Tetley never wanting anything to happen to him so much to the point he made a promise to Latin that he would never harm Philadelphia no matter what happened. A promise that later on would be upheld to its fullest.

Everyone knows that Latin and Fear moved to Detroit filling the districts with TonyCapazzo receiving a district so we will skip that part of the journal and move on to Curtis. Fear loved Curtis, he was a massive fan spoke about his respect for him the entire way through until such night where the ugliness of Curtis's ways showed its head. Not too long prior to that day a BlackBetty had made promises to her people and broke them allowing people who were working hard for her and were loyal to her to die even though she had made them promises. Fear wondered when this would come around for one named Mango who he had made a promise to. That day came when Curtis came to him about who might have been shooting the bodyguards of one who had not been seen in awhile. Three suspects they had, one ruled out immediately the other two with bad blood towards him in their past history. One ruled out immediately the other one sentenced to death the second they were revealed on who they were. When Fear mentioned about getting proof it was immediately metwith a partial threat with Curtis asking about Fear's loyalty and where they were at. This did not sit well with him as he felt that if he did not kill this man the entirety of Detroit would go down in flames and that is not what he wanted. He ended up doing as Curtis asked as he had found a reason to not trust the man on the chopping block but he would never forget that day.

In comes Fabio the big hitter rogue who slayed Tetley down while the rest or most of Philadelphia slept. Once Tetley was found dead Fear ran to his telephone dialing the number Latin had left him in which Latin had woke up dragging TonyCapazzo with him. The three of them immediately found locations on Philadelphia leaders and hands who needed protection shots and were given and were actively locating the rogue while BlackBetty and the rest of the big Philadelphia leaders slept. Shortly after Detroit had actively worked on keeping Philadelphia safe from the rogue, Ivan had contacted Fear through his Right Hand saying that they wanted to move on Curtis and needed a few more shooters, Fear did not forget the events of those nights and refused to be bullied and refused to break his promise to Mango who would likely die. He agreed to help after going to Latin with this and getting his approval. Shots firing not too long after that downing Curtis, DeadlySin, and Barry, the three targets two in which were involved in the bullying of Fear and one loyal subject Fear did not want to fight against given the opportunity to do so.

Shortly after the first wave had commenced with success, Fear was once again contacted saying that the majority of Philadelphia would be killed along with Latin and TonyCapazzo, Fear was not alright with this and immediately went to Latin about it who went to Philadelphia as Fear went to inform Archangel as well in which Detroit then launched an attack on the district of Manhattan and waging war with the Philadelphia alliance against that district and anyone who would help them in defense for Curtis's death.

Now with the reasons for why Curtis was killed and why Manhattan was attacked being put out to the public, Fear's journal also had some opinion pieces in it that he wanted read as well to the public so we will now go into those as these are things he should have done but refused to given his promises he made to Latin.

BlackBetty was never found that night, the rogue killed her Godfather yet she was nowhere to be found? She allowed a rogue to kill Tetley, start a shit show and never even bothered to peek her head in. Why was this? The majority of the Old City District of Philadelphia was killed by Fabio yet she did not even attempt to put the rogue down. Fear's journal claims and I state specifically from Fear's mouth "If we are to die for the events of today this place will be ran by one who could not even help Philadelphia in a time of need leaving everything to be done by Detroit who were accomplishing two things at once that night. God help the world if this occurs."

Now that the journal is read I am going to speak my own piece here. First of all I want to thank Latin for believing in me and for staying loyal to me, he knew killing Curtis had a high risk of us all dying but we kept our loyalty to Philadelphia and kept them safe. Latin did what no other Godfather would have done for Fear by striking down the man who bullied him and potentially put Detroit in future danger had he came after more of Fear's members. They did so much more than they ever wanted and their road was a successful one. 

Fear's district was amazing they helped out, they got things done, and it was a really fun time. Even the short while he had his new members was a fun one but he knew the future would be a stressful one, in one way he is relieved, in another he feels for those who died to a city who showed no care in protecting their people that night as a majority of them were not protected as they slept some dying to this sloppiness.

Now to finish this up I want to speak about BlackBetty personally as she has said her piece on this and I want to speak about what she has said personally. First of all, you speak on the rogue and the events of those days, how do you even know? You were not even there and going back and reading the coffee shop does not count as you actually being there. You abandoned Tetley, you abandoned Philadelphia, you refused to fight and help clean up your mess. Then you have the nerve to write up the reasons for the removal of Detroit? Next time give the honor to someone who deserves it, not someone who was not even there for any of the events she spoke on and only showed up after everyone was dead. You proved to anyone with letting Curtis and Tetley kill those you made promises to that you will not protect your people. You proved it the night of the rogue as you watched those you swore to protect die as you did not show your face for well over twelve hours. You have no right to speak on these subjects and I hope that people will realize that you are the last one they should put their faith in as you have already proven twice now that you do not deserve that honor.

Now to the rest of Philadelphia, you know Fear loved you guys, he could have easily went against Latin's orders and shot at Philadelphia and went down in a heap of glory knowing he would likely die within a weeks time anyways but he did not. He wanted to protect Philadelphia and did so much better than that you are following now. Fear and Latin made a promise that night to never attack Philadelphia and we kept that promise, it is a promise we took to our graves. I do want to thank you however as Fear on the last entry of his journal states and I quote "We have accomplished everything we wished to accomplish Latin, it was a honor and a privilege to work with someone who actually cared about their entire city. We had the run we wanted and now we will die with honor knowing we kept our loyalty to Philadelphia and our alliance as we easily could have helped Ivan take out Philadelphia that night but did not. You were the best Godfather anyone could ever have and it was a honor to get the chance to work with you.

Now that I have said everything Fear's journal wished me to say and my own opinions on the despicable words spoken by one Godfather I do not wish for this to turn into some word throwing shit show. You spoke your words I spoke mine, I will leave it at that and now everyone will know the events of that night and why what happened happened."

With that he stepped down from where he was standing so his voice could be heard and went on with the rest of his life.

So you make an alliance with a New York district to remove a Chairman, then decide to kill the district you made the alliance with and then wonder why the remainder of the city who's Chairman you just killed decide to make a move on you a week later?

You are idiocy personified son of Fear. Your cities deaths on are your hands. You and Latin have one sole job and that is to put your own city and family first in everything you do. Not some other city and certainly not one that clearly is listening to the whisperings of men you only recently downed.

You speak on something that maybe I did not speak on fully so I will go ahead and summarize that particular part for you. Prior to attacking Curtis the district of Manhattan promised us that Philadelphia would not be harmed just to turn around and want to attack Philadelphia and attack Latin who helped in the plans to remove Curtis. We did not turn on Manhattan, Manhattan turned on us.

Perhaps this got lost in translation as I said there was a lot to write on, you have your own opinions and I can respect that but hopefully that answers what you have just wrote.

C'mon Severe, you were told by EVERYONE that you don't leave survivors laying about. History alone should have showed you the truth in that. I guess we can chalk this up to another learning experience for you. 

I have to be honest here I got bored of the speech by the first sentence so haven't a clue what was written nor do I care what's in it. I truly have to say Severe if your bloodline was involved in the takedown of Curtis and left people alive who were always going to come after Latin then please just hang your head in shame.

It depends on the reason for the kill Tony. Sometimes you beef is with an individual, so you take out him, or her and a few high rankers. This time our beef was with DT, so we took it out. Period.

Whether or not Philadelphia knows how much effort was put into dealing with the rogue Fabio and keeping them safe is neither here nor there at this point. Sucks to see a whole city wiped out though and a speech spoken by someone who wasn't actively available during the whole thing nor reachable.

Ryssa allow me to anwser that one, the decision was made to remove the whole of DT period, why the gangsters you may ask?, anyone who was in any sort of position to possibly aid DT, whether that be pro shots or giving those still alive information on peoples whereabouts were deemed a risk and therefore removed from the situation, it is never nice having to remove so many people but I think you'll find in this case we were justified in doing so.

I'm sorry Templar but I really wasn't asking any questions other than when someone states the problem was with all of a city. That is nearly impossible. While I understand what you are saying, I don't think you are quite understanding mine. Sure there are reasons to remove low ranks and I am not saying their isn't. Although once again not all were removed so that's kind of interesting stance.

However, my point remains that someone cannot possibly have an issue with a whole city. They probably do not interact with the whole city.

I think that you feel Detroit should have loyalty to New York. I feel they were loyal to Philadelphia and put forth a great effort when Fabio rogued from BlackBetty. To each their own thoughts really.

I'm sorry you must have misread my reply Sidere let me clarify it once more shall I, the decision was made to wipe DT as a whole so given this decision why would there be a protection order granted?.

Some were able to find themselves new homes Ryssa, therefore distancing themselves from any potential confusion, and were at that point no longer deemed a threat, but with Afghan Mango still running around any stragglers were removed to stop and possible pro shots, I hope this clarifies the situation.

Thanks for the clarification. Although I just don't see how a Godfather can say there was an issue with a whole city while some of Detroit managed to live through it. Seems the logic just may be lacking a little bit. That's cool though. Appreciate the responses.
