Vincent walks through the streets noticing the numerous dead bodies in the gutters and on the pavement, His Father is among the dead but no grudges are held. He glances around his surroundings , a few bullets fly by here and there. Vincent doesn't care for soapboxes so he cups his hands to his mouth and starts yelling.

"What's the status of this bloodbath? I personally have no idea whats going on. Could someone explain to me who is shooting who and why? All of this seems like a confusing mess and my Father died not having a clue what was going on, I'm just looking for some answers."

Vincent pauses for a few seconds, lowers his hands and looks around again. He retrieves a lighter with the word Brevetti engraved on it.

"It would be nice to know." he says as he lights a cigarette.

While taking a few drags from his cigarette, Vincent leans against the wall of what remains of the old Ligambi Family HQ.

"I'll be around here if anyone has anything to say."

Vincent stops speaking, his family was never much for talking on the streets.

No one knows. It looks like a bunch of people turning on each other. Alot of broken promises to.What happen to our rebuilding is the real question.

Vincent scratches his head thinking

"That's right...what ever happened to the rebuilding? Everything was peaceful and quiet and this war rears its ugly head bringing slander, mud, blood and death along with it."

He finishes his cigarette and drops it on the sidewalk, his family always had a nasty habit be it alcohol or cigarettes.

"Can anyone give an unbiased explanation?"

Be patient, it will come after the blood shower is over. People are still a lil' busy...

"Doing what?" Bespoke butts in after taking his last draw from his cigarette "I'd like to know too why the shit hit the fan"  Bespoke flicks what is left of his smoke into a nearby puddle it extinguishes with a quick fizzle.

RemusLupin started it with his erratic shooting when he went on a drinking benge..He is responsible for the breakdown in rebuilding..people should be bg waving AliceLimboardy, whoreable's BG's.. yournextwife playing both sides flipped sides and got her whole family killed so we can add her to the list with Alice and whore..the families left are bursting at the seems, leaving little options for people to turn to. the homeless and civilians dont know who to trust, who not to, cause people are flipping instead of joining forces to bg wave these traitorous bitches so we can get on with life..people could contace the few families in NY, CH PH who could point you in a direction..Do you trust enough to rejoin and fight or sit on the fence? up to you really..that's it in a nut shell..

"Fanfuckingtastic!" Bespoke mumbles under his breath as he start to take out another smoke and light it, flicking the used match into the same puddle as his last smoke.

Hopefully we'll hear something about "history writing" from the loosing side(s) of the war too...

Vincent stretches slowly and cracks his knuckles.

"Hopefully people will get the justice they feel they deserve one way or another eventually, Grudges and bad blood just lead to more senseless violence."

He puts his hands in his pocket and clears his throat to speak again

"Seems with every war there's always ripples that spill over into the next war, vengeance and justice and the like." he says as he retrieves another cigarette. He doesn't light this one, he simply puts it in between his lips.

"Whatever happens, happens. Hopefully people don't hold a bitter grudge that lasts the rest of their career. I hope to see you all on the streets eventually, whenever this war ends and the last body falls that is."

The vicious cycle is evident. These same leaders have no regards to their family.  They turn on their alliances. Sell out their own family.  They need to grow the fuck up and realize everyone else is just as fucking important. up in here.

It used to be like this many years ago, some old players crave for it, this is mafia after all there is no trust amongst thieves

Vincent chuckles slightly

"I'm well aware this is the Mafia and we are all criminals with our own agendas but its so tiring and frustrating when a war happens every few weeks. The time spent earning, recruiting and rebuilding is wasted because someone got a little too headstrong or wanted more than what they already have....or as I've heard some go into a drinking binge and start shooting left and right just for the hell of it. Whatever the cause for war it seems that lately it's been more and more ridiculous or random."

He lights the cigarette between his lips and quickly tucks away his Father's lighter.

"Every war there's always people throwing slander, accusations and shit at one side or within their own respective Family. My Father and his Father before him and so on have witnessed countless men, be their bold suit or not, taking to the streets and starting a rant about the former or current regime in charge. But nothing ever really changes around here, people die, people complain, people rebuild, and the cycle repeats until the next individual decides to start murdering his neighbor."

Vincent pauses and takes a few drags from his cigarette.

"Now, I'm not saying stop all the war. War is necessary for our world to renew itself and start fresh again. I just wonder why war has been so rampant these days. I've heard stories from my family and father that tell of wars being at least a few months apart. Everyone seems so fixated on setting up a dynasty so that their name and crew will live on forever. So, in the process us, the little people, the earners, the people who lay dead on the streets in their own blood and get buried with no one but their next of kin mourning them...get stepped on all the time."

He takes another long drag from his cigarette and flicks it off into the street

"My words and opinions may not be shared or popular, depending on who you talk to, but these are the streets and my ancestors have seen a lot worse and moronic things said here."

Vincent finishes talking and clears his throat, this is the most his family or he himself have ever spoken in the streets. He quickly grabs a flask from interior coat pocket and takes a quick swig.

Vincent,  please allow me to fill your flask. You are making sense.

Vincent gladly accepts tellmeanything filling his flask

"Thank you for the drink sir. All of this speaking is new to me haha."

Vincent takes a few swigs and breathes in slowly.

"I myself don't mind a good war once in a while, but wars over petty squabbles or personal differences is getting old and tired. I would like to hear more detailed opinions on this, they don't have to agree with me."

He takes one long drink from his flask

"So, what are the opinions of this? Do you agree with me or not? And if so why?"

"Well, I just hope this ends really quick." Bellarosa is disgusted with the stench of death. 

"This whole war is bad for business. It's bad for everyone's business."

Is this a war? I thought it was a bitch slapping charade. You know the kind of fights because one does not want to see another with more time/units under their belt or don't want nobody to surpass them etc..

Vincent gets a handkerchief from his pocket and whips the alcohol from his mouth, he tucks it away.

"Personally, I'm not sure what this is. All I know is this is a war that's more or less meaningless, at least to me it is. People dying for a "cause" that either doesn't exist or is merely fabricated so the leader reaps the rewards while whatever is left of their crew is none the wiser."

He sighs and continues

"The people on the outside or weren't around for the information may not ever know what really happened, only information I've received is from _Bodica who said RemusLupin went on a drunken rampage and crews started going nuts and bullets started flying because of broken promises, betrayal and back stabbing."

He leans back onto whats left of the Ligambi Family HQ

"People are so eager to shoot first and ask questions never, leaving a lot of people in the dark with confusion, hurt feelings and genuinely pissed off anger at the death of their Father/Mother/Uncle/Aunt/Brother etc. Which mostly leads to renegade groups like...what did they call themselves? The Brotherhood or Dark Hand or something?"

"Why thank you Guff, someone has finally fully explained what has happened."

Vincent decides to start walking around LA, he adjusts his coat and hat and slowly walks down the street.

"Oh and by the way, thank you all for your time."
