You can see a list of all the current crews there, Ask either the leader, RH/LH let them know you are new and try to put in some effort, You should try to talk to a few leaders before joining anyone, and get the feel for where you would like to work, But that doesnt mean spam all the leaders asking for an invite.

Crewleaders are the people with the bold white names. They control the family and offer protection to its members.

RightHandMen/woman are the ones in italics. You know the little slanty suits. They can also help you join there family and can be contacted for insight on how the family operates. Although do not expect to get all the details on how the family works. No one knows if you could be an undercover or not!

LeftHandMen/Women are also slanty and can assist you in your journey to finding a home.
