The bloodline of Phil_Steak has provided much fodder for the scribes of this thing.  The backstabbing, double-crossing, powerful guns, leveling of cities and rather dodgy financial dealings, not to mention the abject shafting of Sticks, there has always been something to talk about.

And this bloodline has returned without any mention of whether, or not, his life will mimic that of his predecessors. 

So, what can we do about it?

The vast majority of mobsters here would be hypocrites if they didn't forgive and forget. Maybe some are, but you're going back way too far to be holding a grudge. There have been many worse than Phil_Steak's bloodline before and no doubt there will be more in the future.

Times move fast here, I don't understand why attitudes towards bloodlines don't. Get over it.

I am rather fond of "The Steak" if i do say so myself i mean sure he could bathe more and a little shave never hurt anyone aside from that he's as a benevolent a being as i can think.

Perhaps you may of lost a family member dear to you to someone of Phil's bloodline? I can only offer my most sincere condolences and deepest sympathy for your loss.

My own take on it, is that Phil_Steak is bloody good news.

I know Phil_Steak to be a good friend and mentor as I learn this world. He often takes time to ask me how I'm doing, what I have planned for the day, and what we should do about my chain smoking habits. Phil is a good friend, and I'm blessed to have him in my life.

If I took the time to ask how you're doing, to see what you have planned for the day, and to ask about your chain smoking habits, would I be a good friend and mentor?

I have a better topic of discussion. When will DancesWithWolves bloodline stop making up excuses for attracting attention such as irrelevant threads regarding bloodlines or misspelled names? This would be a lot more productive for the Streets than any of his shit talks.    

May I first say, i don't find this thread irrelevant at all. If anyone knows my bloodline, they know we have always loved and adored attention. :).

Now,  as I reached a certain age, i was gifted with the diary of Phil_Steak, the once Godfather of New York and CEO of The Yaowa Empire.
I have been debating for some time if there was any interest in my late ancestor. The conceited part of me thinks.... "Of course, who wouldn't want to know behind-the-scenes information on such an interesting man. 
The other part of me though.. fears that there would be no interest, forever crushing my ego.

However, I will take this opportunity to share some of the info from his diary since it was brought up by someone else and not me. This way, I can also seem a lot more important than I actually am.

You mention backstabbing. Phil_Steak was extremely loyal, so i don't understand where the thought of back-stabbing came from. My great father Phil_Steak made plenty of mentions in his diary that there were so many moments he wished to make a move, or handle a situation differently, but did not because of his loyalty to the people who brought him, DeadlySin and Coco.
The closest thing to back-stabbing Phil did, judging from his diary, was back-stab Sao when Sao was planning to back-stab DeadlySin. 
So to backstab a person who is planning on backstabbing isn't backstabbing, is it?
That would be double-crossing i guess... which... yeah, he did that. Absolutely.

Dodgy financial dealings? You have me a bit confused there. Phil_Steak has always been an excellent earner, and would always kick up a fair share to his bosses. He also tried to be fair when dealing with situations with other cities.

All in all, I feel like my great great grand daddy Phil_Steak was a man I could never replicate. The best I can do is enjoy the undeserved attention the name gets me.

Hi Remy, thing is, this discussion is about history and legacy, so therefore people do give a damn.  Isn't that true?

You know its funny speaking on the bloodline of Mr Phil_Steak given our past. However, to trash his bloodline in this way is a bit silly, we all make some mistakes that are more common but to say that Phil did not do everything in his power to keep Philadelphia alive is unreal. He was a very loyal person to DeadlySin, and that loyalty did not go unnoticed as DeadlySin in return was incredibly loyal to Phil as well.

Now if we are speaking on bloodlines, mine learned quite a lot from Mr Phil, as much as I was not fond of some of the things he allowed to occur on the Streets from his city, nor outside avenues, I know that he was the one who taught me what true loyalty means. He showed me how this world is ran and what you do to survive. Had it not been for him, I may never have learned the way I did.

Do I feel that he was perfect? Not by any means, but he was very far from a backstabber, and probably one of the most loyal people I have had the privilege of meeting.
