Thomas Rourke nods at the decision of the Godfathers from the other six cities who were seated at an oval table around him.

"I appreciate you all coming to a timely decision on this, I am confident this is the right decision."

The Godfather of New York motions over to one of his assistants and hands over a letter to be delivered to the rest of the leaders in the metropolis. He had penned it before the sit down as he felt fairly certain that an agreement on the proposal would be met favorably before even entering the conference room. The letter read:

"My friends and citizens of New York,
Today a judgment has been passed down from the leaders of the six cities that, as of this writing, Scipita Rourke is to leave New York and strike off on her own into Philadelphia. I want you all to welcome the move with open arms and send your congratulations without delay. Her lineage has been with me for a long time; Scipita achieved Don, and then her descendant hit the same mark. Her family has behaved in a manner that is appreciated and commendable. Assisted by Jono, they have worked undeniably hard to boost the name of our city and it has been perhaps the rarest of occasions where they needed to be reminded of anything with regards to rules. Now they move to a city that has had icons such as Godfathers Odd and Jimmy grace its streets, as well as devastatingly awful leaders in the forms of FridgeRevenge and William DeSantis who could irreparably harm the legacies of those Godfathers by mere mention of their names. Looking at Don Scipita Rourke I know that she is well on her way to bringing a bright torch back to Philly, and as I scan over the names of those in her crew, there is no one I see that could ever besmirch the name she has made for herself for they are a family in every sense of the word. Let's just hope she waits a week before taxing the bejesus out of us.

Brandon is having his coffee, when one of his message runners runs in and whispers something in his ear. After hearing the news he quickly leaves the coffee shop and heads for the gathering of people.

Brandon walks up to Don Scipita before smiling and waiting to say his congratulations.

"Congratulations,  i know you will do very well in Philly, and i can see the city prospering under your experienced leadership. I remember when i first started out here in New York, and having some good talks to you over a cup of coffee, you were always fair, honest and helpful to me and i can see you using your wisdom and knowledge to rebuild philly."

Congratulations Don. A higher honor cannot be achieved then getting the Nod from one's Godfather.
