Thank you all for coming here on such short notice, as Godfather Rourke just has informed you, my family is given the great honour to move to Philadelphia.
Moving from one city to another always brings mixed up feelings, it's the start to a new adventure but it also concludes leaving many friends and family behind.
Though it's not a forever goodbye and we do have a nice postal service things will be different. Better? Not persee, different? Yes.

Philadelphia has different things to offer as a city compared to New York, for example New York has a higher "bum" rate, you know those people that can't be bothered to join a family and sleep on the streets?
We don't have many of those around here in Philadelphia, don't ask me why though we're after all a city of great wealth, you would expect these "bums" to come to Philly and earn some money...
Though it might be because it's said to be more difficult to succesfully commit a crime in Philly... Or, no wait, I am drifting, nevermind.

In the past Philidelphia has known many rules... The most recent one being the Philly hotel services and before that the entering tax...
I want you to feel welcome in Philly, enjoy what our great city has to offer. A nice casino (soon to be build), high crime pay out and challenging jailbreaks to name a few!
I also want you to feel safe, I don't want you to look over your shoulder to make sure no one is stealing from your pockets and such.

In short this means everyone is welcome to visit Philly, you're all invited, no tax will be charged.
Philly will be a neutral pickpocketing city, meaning I expect everyone to respect other's wishes regarding pick pocketing.

To celebrate the reopening of Philadelphia as a city of crime we will host several events the upcomming weekend, Jono is busy organising things and Beowulf is using his creative accountancy skills to make this all possible.
The rest of the tigers are working on some interesting project aswell so hang around a bit untill we make further announcements!

Last but definately not least I would like to take a moment to thank ThomasRourke for this great oppurturnity.
It's been definately an interesting and joyfull time working for him, in the jungle you make friends for live.

Congratulations on taking over Philly. Philly is a wonderful place and can only be taken over and ruled properly in a great way by wonderful people. You are one of those people. I know you will build Philly back up and make it into an excelent city that everyone will love to fly to.

You are nothing but an angel to us all Scipita, you help us when we need it and you make us laugh when we feel down. You really have a gem and I am so happy I can call you my friend. Well deserved and Philly couldn't of gone to anyone better then yourself.
