Marietta applauds politely before taking a glass of champagne from one of the waitresses. She weaves her way through the crowd and arrives at Miss Rourke's side, smiling politely and lifting her glass in the woman's direction.

"A commanding start, Miss Rourke, to your new City Leadership. I wouldn't have expected any less from such a spirited and lively young woman."

Nodding towards Scipita, the older woman clears her throat and takes a deep breath.

"I wanted to come here today to congratulate you, Scipita, on your move. You've done a lot of great things for the City of New York, as well as the Streets, in your time as a leader in the Jungle. Your entire crew, in fact, has always been full of energetic and active mobsters- some of the most respectful and honorable I've met in a long time, in fact. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that you and the Tigers will take this opportunity and make the most of it. Philly has some amazing things in store for it, I can already tell."

"So here is to you, Miss Rourke, and to your family. Best of luck in the City of Brotherly Love. May you find your new home to be as every bit as exciting and welcoming as the city limits you just left. Cheers!"

Taking a sip of the champagne glass, Marietta moved to allow other people forward to have some face time with the young woman.
