I've no idea who you are in all honesty (obviously I know of the Tie incident), but you don't get to the stage of having a thread like this without you acting a monumental arse.

You seem to have a Billy obsession though. If people don't get on, they don't get on. You don't need to grovel, you don't need to look up to people and you don't need forgiveness, just play the game in a decent manner and ignore those you don't see eye to eye with. You can play this game without having relationships with everyone you know. Ignore the people you don't like and get on with enjoying it with those you do.

I hate all this "one last chance" crap. Clearly you've had numerous chances....what you need to do is stop acting the arse (apparently) and play the game like 99% of players do. A single thread won't change their opinion, only your actions will.
