Gaius emerged from the New Orleans battle torn and in high spirits. Once again, he had been taught a valuable lesson by his Godfather. He started to count up in his head the number of lessons he continued to learn on a daily basis, then stopped. 'Too many,' he thought with a chuckle. He looked towards his mass of bodyguards and motioned to one to get him a soap box for him to stand on so that he could explain the situation to everyone at large.

For quite sometime, the New Orleans leadership has deteriorated. After taking pot shot after pot shot at LA, enough is enough. Time and time again, shots were fired on my Godfather directly, his Right Hand Man and other high ranking members in the upper structure in LA. Most of you have no idea nor can you begin to understand the level of patience and self control that Godfather Premier and especially myself have shown over these last few months with New Orleans.

Finally, enough is enough. After every single shot, we were told, "It's been taken care of..." "Don't worry, it's handled..." "It won't happen again..."

Naturally... it happened again.

So then, Tallien takes over New Orleans and what has been given to LA to cover the massive amount of fuckups from New Orleans? More "It won't happen again..." This is completely unacceptable as a response anymore. Not only that, but there is also the matter of the $40,000,000 debt that is owed to us from them. And since Tallien took over the city without clearing it out and doing a complete regime change, the debt has now fallen on him. To think that the debt may have died with DeathKnight is unacceptable as well. The debt was created by the city and their stupid fucking members that thought they were above the way things work in this thing of ours, so the debt remains unpaid by the city.

There has yet to be any action taken for any of the bullshit that has been happening out of New Orleans and so for that reason, we have chosen to take action ourselves. We will no longer sit by and watch as these idiots get away with their complete disrespect and lack of order. I'm not sure if we have expressed ourselves enough on the seriousness of this matter. For ANYONE to take a shot at a Godfather, ESPECIALLY an unwarranted shot, is grounds for immediate death. ESPECIALLY coming from mere gangsters and made men. Many of the Godfathers advisors, myself included, continually expressed this to him, fought with him over this. But he somehow found the patience to give the city chance, after chance, after chance, after chance... I could honestly keep going with the chances. That is how many fucking times they have fucked up and screwed us over.

To top it all off, this morning Tallien banned a Right Hand of Detroit, which makes us wonder the type of leadership that has taken over in New Orleans, to ban someone over a non issue? If thats the kind of leadership we can expect out of NO, action is the only thing to do, no longer can we stand aside and allow constant fuckups, it hurts our business interests, our relationships, the rising up of new people... We are entitled to defend ourselves against everything that has been happening. This constant disrespect for Godfathers and Right Hands is over. It is no longer acceptable and will no longer be tolerated.

Godfather Premier has been more than lienant in all of these situations. And how has be been repaid? Complete disrespect and total disregard for his status and patience. You would think, after all the chances he had given for these situations to be rectified, even a new leadership in the city, that things would have been worked out and Los Angeles would have been compensated for their patience and dignified handlings. But no, we have been shit on time and time again. And it is over.

While I find it very interesting to see someone who's not a resident of New York rushing to the streets with concerns for my city, I'd suggest that you don't ask questions above your station in public where any or all of the people in question might not like to have them discussed.

To put the rumours to rest, Godfather Premier does owe me a debt. It stems from a recent poker game. He owes me two lollipops, a jar of bellybutton fluff and three pictures of Gaius wrestling a crocodile. I'm still not sure if that means I won or lost the game though.

Gaius, I would like to thank you for taking the time to come to the streets and explain to the masses why the attack on NO has taken place. I believe you have given sufficient evidence for the war. Also, it is evident in past speeches. This war has been coming for quite a while; anyone could tell that. Premier, you are a very patient and humble man. I applaud you for that.

To the outside world he showed that he is a good leader but perhaps we never know the whole story?

From what I know of the bloodline of Tallien is that he never took to fools easily and strangely, considering the reason for his death, never let idiots run riot. He usually looked upon them with great disdain and dealt with them much as he dealt with Rover earlier today. Never have I seen him or his fathers hand out second chances..

well, bighead,  i guess that the situation in New Orleans has been just about to boil for a while now.. Tallien didn't really have much chance to cool things down.. he had only moved in less than two days ago after all

That's sort of like firing the chef who tried to fix the other chefs mistake.

Yeah, that sucks for Tallien to take over NO, then get hit with a 40 million dollar debt that he might have not known about. Then having to deal with all the idiots who are taking pot shots at people. Too much work, not enough time for Tallien to fix everything.
