| Death of the Bronx | Started by: Rayln on Mar 05, '16 03:26 |

Rayln came onto the streets dressed in black with her makeup smudged. Something new for her, as normally she was smudged in ink and instead and this time she was ink free, instead her mascara was running. She had considered cleaning herself up, but any sort of effort seemed a bit too much for her. The Bronx was near and dear to her heart, and this wasn't an ideal situation for her, or for any New Yorker. She had lost a friend today, not even just a person who was going to help her run her city, but in all, a friend. Someone who helped her get through the long nights when she couldn’t sleep. Someone who was there with advice about her life that Rae took to heart. She sighed and looked out at the blood thirsty crowed who was waiting for an explanation why a district was wiped. With a drop of her shoulders she looked in her purse at the last missive she was sent containing a simple <3 and she felt her spirit break all over again. “Anyone who knows me,” she said to the crowd, “knows that I find the whole killing & war thing distasteful. She chuckled, “Which is ironic considering my newest nick name of tyrant bimbo.” She shook her head and looked down on the casket carrying her friend’s body. “But at some point we must stop playing games, and start acting as if we mean business. And Sledge, had chances. Chances above chances.” She sighed and looked down again. “Sledge was one of my favourite people in the world. Between late night talks about junk food, and weather, and foxen Soxen, I could not count on another person to make me laugh more. He was an inspiring person when it came to friendships. When I had something I needed to get off my chest, Sledge was who I turned to. Not just this life, but the enthral ideas that some of us like to discuss. I can not fault his friendship in any way. Which is why the last twenty four hours have been so hard on me. If there has anyone I have wanted to step up to the plate and prove how amazing he was, it was Sledge. He has offered sound advice in the matters of my life, and I had just hoped at some point his genius would be applied to leading his own family and district. Sledge was never meant to have a district of his own, but when WiggleFangirl4Lyle, Sledge and myself found ourselves in New York without a godfather we all agree’d that the main goal was that we have fun with the result. At no point did any of us want the responsibility of running a city or a distract. But here we were. Stuck in a corner regarding what was to be done with the city. We made the best of it, agreeing everything would be agreed between the three of us. And that worked fine, until WiggleFan and I started taking things more seriously. Sledge wasn’t meant to run a district; he had no desire to run one. He was only in agreement if we were doing it. It was a game of One, two, three, not it when it came to chairman. And I drew the short straw. And here I am as chairman to make the harsh call of saying that although Sledge’s family line is one of my favourite, or in honor of him even favourite, I can in good conscience let a family who is not putting forth a 100% effort, if not more, towards my city which is already existing against the normal odds. Sledge is a lovely person, and his family line is entertaining and wise when he wants to be. But overall the Bronx needed to be removed. Not just because of him, but because of the overall picture. And thats what this was, removing a cancer before it spread. I was willing to overlook things due to friendship. But too many conversations reached my ears today to take it as simply conversation. A good leader listens to all, disregards most, but takes care of what needs to be dealt with. And unfortunately, Sledge and his family was caught up in this. The tipping point was when AfghanTango and Scott-Weiland started talking about who was going to take out New York. Logs were passed, conversations were had, and rumors were spread. Too many conversations reached my ears of Detroit wishing to take us out, or do us harm. To many conversations of how we’re secretly hiding a plot to take out Detroit. And I have to be honest, as laughable as it is, one district is not worth the good of the whole of the city. Do I wish it was different? Absolutely. Do I regret my actions in the sense that they keep my city safe? Not at all. Perhaps Tyrant Rayln strikes again, but I assure you, that if that is the case it wasn’t without out careful consideration and thought. Because as I’ve said, our only goal in New York is to grown and rebuild. Perhaps some of you will call bullshit, but that’s your prerogative. We’re looking forward, while you’re welcome to dwell on the past. |

DibsOnZeq sat in a coffee shop. Word spread quickly as she sipped her favorite brewed beverage that Rayln had graced the streets with a reason for taking out her brethren district. So, of course, DibsOnZeq finished up her drink and skipped out into to streets to catch the most magnificent speech she had ever heard in her entire life. Hearts, Stars and Horseshoes, Clovers and Blue Moons, Hourglasses, Rainbows, and Tasty Red Balloons!!! DibsOnZeq sing songed. Oh Em Gee!!!! This decision did sound super hard for you to make. OH EM GEE. With the amount of bullshit you just dribbled out of your mouth with the friendship and magic really hit your point home. You are a Bimbo. A tyrant? Nahhhh. A Godmother anyone will remember after you die? Nope. DibsOnZeq chuckled to herself. She rolled her eyes as she thought about where exactly to start and even if it was worth it. Probably not, honestly, but might as well do it for the junk food! I’m so glad that New York’s Godmother Chairwoman spends her nights talking about the most stupid shit. The weather! Tell me Rayln, do you have ESPN or something? Can your breasts always tell when it’s already raining??? I’m dying to know. Literally, dying to know. As much as Sledge was just such a delightful beautiful spectacular friend of yours and your favorite he just had to go. He wasn’t as delightful beautiful spectacular or favoritest compared to the rest of New York. Rayln, do you listen to yourself when you speak. It’s like you erected the big sign above your head with the words in bold saying BIMBO with an arrow pointing at you. Cut the shit, grab your balls and stop dressing this up as a five year olds birthday party. Try acting like a mafioso or better yet, the Godmother, city head, you're supposedly attempting to pull off! |

Rae frowned, "How can I have balls if I am a lady?" she asked. |

Clap clap clap to maintaining the IQ of 105. We also commend you for also maintaining your two best qualities. Eating donuts and turning against your own. How many times is this now? And another in the makings. At least the next one is wearing a suit and tie for the occasion, before you come out here with jelly donuts running off your chin.
RIP Your days are numbered. |

Oh shit, you're a lady? DibsOnZeq giggled to herself. Well, that makes much more sense. You are obviously the kind of woman that is only good at three things. Cooking, minding to your children and chatting with your friends on the most mundane subjects. You'll never be great at anything besides that because you just don't have the brain capacity for it. Throw in the mafioso towel now as it's obvious why you aren't fooling anyone. Some women can hack the life, you obviously can't. Sorry hun, back to the kitchen for you. |

Rae nodded her head, "You know, I was just saying to muffin, my cat, because I dont have any children." she waved a hand, "Anyway I was just saying to him that I do not spend NEARLY enough time in the kitchen. Which is a god damn shame, because thats where all the best food is!" she chuckled, "Thank you for that sound life advice, you beautiful angel you." she said to the nice lady. |

Seems to me she won the war. Feel free to hurl as many baseless insults as you feel fit...the dead remain dead. |

No shit TheBootyBandit, she won the "war"? News to me man. Thanks for letting us all know that. DibsOnZeq laughed. I was just going to include Rayln in this, but I think you deserve it too. When god handed out brains you both thought he said trains and asked for a slow one. DibsOnZeq gives TheBootyBandit a thumbs up. |

I support whatever decision that was made. I stand by the Godmother of the city of New York, my crew leader, and lastly my friend. And as TBB stated, the dead do indeed remain well, dead. |

The dead remain dead but their kin will come and do their best to throw insults, not realizing that no one cares and no one is insulted. |

She stands quietly in the front row and smiles sweetly as her favourite lady speaks. Oh, I can call bullshit? Will I die for voicing this opinion? I mean, gosh golly, Heaven forbid should anyone shit talk you and your bestie and "bae" WiggleFangirl4Death.. Or is that Life? I can't tell the difference when it comes to you two honestly. I mean, you two have taken running the amazing city you were handed so seriously in the past. A mockery of leadership, I heard a rumour that shot reports were too much effort and you decided to dumb it down for yourselves. Good thing that Detroit jumped into a fight that wasn't their's... Oh wait, you did that too not so long ago. You're no tyrant my dear. Not even close. At the end of the day a tyrant walks away respected, you'll walk away being known as Chatty Kathy's bestie. Have a fantastic reign with your "baes". She looks around... Oops, I forgot something, BULLSHIT!. There, that's better. She watches the blood of innocents and those in comas wash down the drains before finding a comfy corner in the closest shelter. |

| I'm confused why we are saying she won the war. I believe her city may have done work as did Detroit. Can't give just one girl the credit. | |

To elaborate on what was said earlier BrooklynAlexus, there were clear winners and losers in the war/ takedown. My godmother chairman was on the winning side along with Detroit and the rest of New York. It is unclear why AfghanTango decided to get Detroit involved by killing Adam-T-Simpson from Godfather SpikeS' family. That said, Detroits involvement certainly did make the process a lot more efficient and we do appreciate the efforts from everyone that participated. |

| I still think giving one person credit for a group effort is a waste of breath. She didn't fight alone so she certainly didn't win anything. At least not by herself. I think it's time to give credit properly where it is due. | |

Tick was working on a client in his office while the guy dared to question his intelligence. Being mutilated by scissors has left him quite upset at Tick and so he spurred some nonsense about IQ and him being just a dumb peasant. Much to the dismay of said client the mutilating was prolonged as Tick recalled an article he read about IQ.
