Ladies, gentlemen, RonMexicologists, the time has come for me to speak up. I truly wish I could say that I was here for a happy reason. I wish I could say that I was here to publicly give St_Stephen his pony. I wish I could say that, thanks to the efforts of our climate control research lab in Los Angeles, it now rains beer and snows strippers in the City of Angels (though research is ongoing). I wish I could warm your hearts with the feel-good story of Little Luigi, our "special" Thug who finally learned how to brandish his gun menacingly at store clerks. Hell, even a crappy announcement about a fellow leader getting promoted would work. But I'm here to nag, as always seems to be the case when everyone wants Fun Tyler to make an appearance. Ah, well. Lately, I have been seeing a disturbing trend in these streets. Unsponsored Gangsters who are just barely under the age of 48 hours being shot. And I am taking it to the streets, because I have had enough. As the title of this speech indicates, 48 means 48. The rule is, an unsponsored gangster has 48 hours to try to find a family. That does not mean 44 hours. That does not mean 47 hours and 49 minutes. That means 48 hours. Two days, for those of you who are mildly retarded, or very drunk. There is no case of "close enough." If I nail a broad two days before her 18th birthday, the judge will not look at me and say "oh well, she was close enough to 18." He will lock me up and make me register as a pedophile. The same philosophy applies here. I have had several people use "I did the math wrong" as an excuse. It's not an excuse anymore. Because I am here to offer Tyler's simple guide to Unsponsored Math. 1. Look at the current date, and time. 2. Subtract two days from the date. Leave the time alone. If you have to go back to last month, and are thrown off-guard by this complication, consult a calendar. 3. Take the date and time you now have, and compare it to the unsponsored's birth time. If his birth time is earlier, pump him full of hot lead. If your time is earlier, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HOLSTER THE DAMN THING. 4. If at any point in this obviously challenging process you become confused, please consult a schoolteacher or crewleader immediately. Thank you for your time. |

So what are the CL's wanting from the their members on this issue? Witness statements being passed to your CL, or passed to the CL of the shooter or both. |

To answer your question, Paddy, it would be best if you forwarded the information to your crew leader. If you are unsponsored and shot at, that is when you should directly speak with another family's boss or right hand. Sadly, we've had similar issues within Badass Inc that's resulted in the loss of a few bad apples. I recall one instance in which one of our hitters jumped the gun, so to speak, and shot someone just shy of 48 hours. In my opinion, there is no room for carelessness as a member of the hitsquad and the person was fitted for cement shoes soon after. Firing your gun is a serious matter and every shot taken ought to be considered carefully. I can't even count how many shot requests I've denied because someone that was "supposed to be inactive" had indeed found a home or because--to use your example, Mr Durden--someone "did the math wrong." Do people make mistakes? Yes, I'll give you that, but no one in the hitsquad ought to be, as they have made it their business to excel at shooting. |

| I still dont understand why we are holding people's hands like this. They have twenty four full hours of invincibility in which time they can join a family. Beyond that they are just taking the piss and earning money on our patches without paying any tributes. Letting them live is bad for business. Am I missing something? | |

48 = 4 spell 48 and count letters how many letters are there and it should come out to be 11 then count the letters of that number which should be 6 then do it again and it should be 3 then 5 then 4 |

But thats the point. You might have a mind of your own, and you might even have a good and valid opinion. But in this case, it really is moot and not relevant. A crew leader came out and talked about a rule that all the crew leaders have decided that "thats how it will be". This is not the place to call out and challenge that decision. You are the equivalent of a heckler who is sitting the bleachers and when the boss came out to give a serious stern comment, you tossed out "WHY THE HELL SHOULD WE BE DOING THAT!!!" You might have a mind, but you need to also have presence of mind as well. |

Problem is, 99% of the people who listen to this speech wont and dont kill 48 olds. The 1% who do for the large part break the rule by less than an hour. They do so with out much concern. For reasons best known to themselves which id rather not go into. The domino effect comes to mind, because of this 1% who feel obliged to do this, the average joe soap is getting desperate, some people have far quicker fingers than others. My point being, if they can shoot a little early to get the kill, it increases thier attack and betters thier family. So if this is truly to stop, i think its has to be a zero tollerance. Even a member with 100 kills ranked capo and in the Hit squad, should have to follow this rule. Demotion and loss of Gun has prevented some i know from breaching this rule a second time. |

Sir F, do you know the reason of this rule? It's because the new immigrants that just have reached our shores and don't even know how La Cosa Nostra works are killed before they had a chance to breath this new world's air. What means that they don't have children around here and our amry does not increase their numbers. Its's not so a family can have one more "cashing cow", as people use to say this days. And in your own logic, when you kill one of them your preventing a leader of having one more person to work for him in the future, wich meand a lot more than this only day he no one profit besides him. |

Pheer me, If it was "coded" 48hs pro instead of 24hs, the newcomers would get shot after those 48hs instead without a chance of joining a family. And the prove this, the survival of the innocent, is god's desire they gain a powerful bullet vest for loan between their 24 and 30 h. |
