What the heck is going on with all the chaos here lately?

There is only 5 GF's/GM's in our country and we have handfuls of Dons able to fill the empty spots.

For weeks two of our cities are completely abandoned, shops, houses and all are boarded up.

Why hasn't any current crews made the move to fill it up? I'll tell you why, they are all scared and lack the skills needed to be a true leader. They are Afraid to make a move that might cost them their lives.

Instead they all wait in the shadows, killing NPC, homeless and the sick
