The traits you outline as shortcomings register as, well frankly fuck all in comparison to some males I have seen in the guise of leaders. I have seen numerous examples of tantrums, irrationality, pathetic grovelling, boot-licking, insecurity, cluelessness, hot headedness, emotional instability and downright wretched behaviour. All by men claiming to be 'strong leaders'. Trying to suggest that females have an exclusivity to this type of behaviour is just asinine, no matter what language you wrap up your weightless argument in.

Usually bullies have some deep-seated fear about themselves when they lash out at others.  I would guess that this person seriously questions their manhood.  Obviously women here are strong and in charge.  Different people are emotional about different things & generalizing about all women doesn't seem like a very smart move to me. 

If women are so fragile, how is it that they stay in power for so long? How exactly do you explain the longevity of the reigns of such people as Marietta, Anita, etc etc? If they were so unstable and emotional how do you explain the fact that they were always in control and never made foolish or rash decisions?

What are you chatting Bomberman? There have been some fantastic recent/old women leaders and I can name my favourite few right here right now and I will. Marietta, Iris, Alessia, Kates. (RIP to them all other then Marietta who I'm sure is still loving her retirement) Those few there have made their own mark on this world of ours. Some larger then others but they are purely capable of running a family and one of them for certain showed it by running a city for a LONG time.

Women are capable leaders and if anything they are a Hell of a lot more strict then many of the male leaders as women leaders won't leave you alone until you do as they ask. But that's women for you eh? But no matter what you say Women are here and they always will be and will continue to show many of us male mobsters how things are done around these parts so.. get used to it.

While I agree that men usually make better leaders than women, it is not for any of the reasons you have mentioned.  It has nothing to do with being emotional.  This is especially true around these cities, as I have witnessed more menstrual men in my time than women.

The real reason is that men have larger brains than women.  You can't argue with that. It's science.

Some people are smarter than they actualy know. Because they dont know what to do with all the knowledge they have. It is not about beeing smart... it is about beeing wise.
