Take a glance at the Elizabeth the first of England and what she had accomplished suprressing any uproar to her crown. Now i wont even get started on Catherine the Great of Russia and what she had done my dear Bomberman or anyone thatstands with him Finally lets look at the famous Joan of arc not only a woman but fourteen at that and she conqured england. Now your telling me woman cant be leaders while history is telling me they can.

In it's simplest form a leader is someone who does exactly as the name says, leads. If a leader can gather a group of followers - or to make my point relevant to our lifestyle - if a family head can recruit mafiosi and enforce rules upon them, then they are a leader. This of course is in it's simplest form, so with regards to what you said, women CAN be leaders since they CAN enforce rules upon their mafiosi, whether or not they make better or worse leaders than men, well that is simply a matter of opinion.

The points you have used are pretty poor to be honest, I've met women who show little to no emotion at all, ruthless in both business and war, so to tar all women with the same emotional brush is, well, utter nonsense to be fair.

You picked up on the point that women can get pregnant, I assume what you mean by this is that they may have a sufficient amount of time off, but in this lifestyle I doubt you will find a Family head who will take maternity leave. Granted, about the time of birth the leader may not be around for a few days max, but this is no different than if a male leader was taken ill and couldn't be around for a short while.

Again, with the too feminine point, you're simply tarring all women with the same brush, maybe you've met a limited amount of women, I wouldn't know, but I've met women who would prove this point wrong.

I can only assume therefore that this rant of sorts was not well thought out at all and the main aim was to simply kick up a bit of a fuss, well done in which case, you have certainly nailed that one by the looks of this crowd and the mass amount of replies you have had in such a short space of time.

I stopped reading there. The amount of men I have seen start a war over little things is untrue. Generally i'd say that the women leaders we have seen are far more balanced and have less of a 'bloodlust' than their male counterparts.

I'd like to add another comment about that Joan of Arc thing, she wasn't even fourteen when the campaigns she led started she was 16-17 years old or may be even older and all the battles she led were in France she never went to England not even when she was burnt on the skate kind sir, please review the history of the English - French wars to make sure.

Wouldn't the fact that she "is showing more balls" indicate she is a strong leader? You are contradicting yourself. Either u think women are fragile or ballsy. The only male with a problem around here is you.

Just had to take the chance to reply here.  This is definitely an interesting debate.  Certainly interesting to come out to these streets and make this speech.  I don't know if it's sexist or just ignorant. 

There are so many topics that stem from this same ignorance. 

Same reasoning is why there were laws that women couldn't vote.  This is also how schools get segregated.  Just a lot of ignorance and not enough education. 

I understand this speech was likely meant to compliment women, and point out their attributes that men just don't have.  But it just wasn't very well thought out. 

I think if you're going to make a statement such as this - you should probably add some data to prove your point.  Unfortunately, I don't think there is any data that would support your position.

I for one enjoy women on top.
