Well last night we ended up getting a last minute game together with a 100k buy in, before we knew it we had 14 people ready to play. At the last minute Mal and I decided to sweeten the pot a little and used the taxes accrued so far and added an additional 1 million to the pot, making the total 2.26 million. Everyone decided they wanted to split the winnings so 1st place received 1.8 mil and 2nd place received 460k.

After a very very long game it came down to two people, Dionysus and MajorPayne. We thought for sure Major was going to be out he was down to a meesley 1k in chips and Dionysus was dominating. But wait! Low and behold Major fought his way back from the bottom to take the chip lead and then to ultimately win the game! Congratulations to you both for games well played and on your winnings.

Thank you to everyone that participated it was a great game. Hopefully we can get another one together soon.

Keep your eyes out for Mal and I to continue to "sweeten" pots or to get together championship games.

What a game indeed.  The late Dionysus, what a great player he was.  Such a shame we lost him from this world.  A live cut so short.  Hopefully his sons will grace the tables as he once did.  I would enjoy going head to head once again one day with his next of kin.

These poker games are put together really well/organized and i highly recommend it, both to the casual and the pro players.  Fun times.

these poker games are a good way to spend time and lose money. if you have a few hundred k to spare its worth it. anyone who wants to just play for the practice let me know and we'll play for MR pocket change

I really love enjoy these games! I'd love to play just for funsies sometimes, too. Considering I love more than I win and I love to play!

On a more serious note.  Congrats Leela for winning this evenings tourney.  What a close fought battle all the way to the end between Maldiva and Leela.
