Tony listens intently at his good friend speek. He smiles and nods his head as he goes through this long, well thought out speech. Then he puts out his smoke and he downs his drink before taking a stab at answering his question.

"SINGER, your bloodlines and ours have gone way back. Since the beginning. I've always known you to be not to talkative in the streets but something has changed in you since you reached these shores I believe. You've become a smart talker and a wise man. I remember the stories about how my.......oh I don't know how many greats but one of my grandfathers and how he would help you. I can see your thoughts are well thought out and put well into words. I'm proud to say that my bloodline was kind of like a mentor to yours." realising he began to ramble on he decides to turn back to the question on hand.

"So, What makes a man loyal? How do I show my loyalty?  Well in many ways can this be achieved. I join a family and I know that I will stay with that family until the day it is struck down in a war. My bloodline will always return to the same family as long as the leader still breaths. I sign an oath and rules in the beginning that I will stay with that family and I will abide by its rules. But I make sure that anything they might have missed and I know is something I shouldn't do.......I don't freakin do it. I know that what I do reflects upon my family and that is something everybody should keep in mind. I make sure at the end of the day if I have a good take and I have a lot of money......The boss gets a nice little envelope on his desk." Tony smiles and pauses to take a breather. "Now, there is how I will do any job put forth to me, I will do the job I attain to the fullest of my ability and make sure that it is done with all my effort and I won't slack or take a break until I complete it. I'll do anything that is asked of me for the family. Why else would I join? To do jack shit? No way. But loyalty doesn't always end at your leader. It extends to your friends and your family members. Your family, well loyalty to them is as strong as your loyalty to your leader, cause you are all in the same family. If you aren't loyal to your fellow mafioso then your not really loyal to your leader. When it comes to friends. There are people like you that I will try to help in any way. But the only thing that can stop loyalty such as that is a war. And of course it can be regrettable to shoot your friend in the back of the head. But you did it for the family, and thus, you proved your loyalty. All in all, there are many ways that you can show your loyalty. Oh, and my thought on the whole the leader dies in war and you don't. Well if they don't take you out then you have to join another family. Its not being disloyal or disrespectful. Its being smart and any good leader would hope that any of their surviving members would go on and become great mafioso and then because the tables are turned you can even help your leaders son or daughter when they return to these shores. As a nice gesture to the bloodline of somebody that you respected and worked for. Now that I've run out of breath and thoughts. I'm glad you brought this topic out.
