We barely have enough players to populate the cities we have now. Boston used to be a city. It, New Orleans, and St. Louis were once all cities. If the population cannot support the number of cities and districts we have now how do you expect it to support another three districts? How would this better the game? Here are other threads about adding more cities: https://mafiareturns.com/comm/thread/78456#8196610 https://mafiareturns.com/comm/thread/70191#6532826 https://mafiareturns.com/comm/thread/66684#649285 https://mafiareturns.com/comm/thread/71599#7269521
There are currently 261 open spaces in crews. Why do we NEED another city? |

Never said 3 more districts, just Boston... was unaware it used to be a location. |

You may not have said it, but nevertheless seksten is correct - each city starts with 3 districts, then grows (to a maximum of 5, if I'm not mistaken), provided the demand is there. It's not just as simple as "lets add another destination". I can't even remember the last time a new NPC district opened up, so I can't really see a whole other city being required just now. |

That's the thing, there a lot of space open due to the fact that locations have so many districts. CH has 7 right now, maybe if we had less districts and more locations it would bring some variety to the game. Don't give me wrong I love the game either way I am a huge fan. |

I see what you're saying. There used to be just cities, but it was changed (I can't remember the reasoning off the top of my head) but I like the districts. The micro flight times are certainly more convenient for making money than hauling ass to a whole other city and waiting for a price shift. It also allows for more GFs and more CLs, ergo more crews with smaller numbers and more opportunity - perhaps the reason for the change, now that I think about it. Perhaps someone with a better memory can confirm that. |

One of the reasons districts were brought in was to increase variety and they have, greatly. Before districts cities were just cities. Another city brings with it more districts. There are lots of crews with lots of room and for once, I can't believe I'm saying this, maybe there are too many auths? |

There is far from a lack of variety now. There is variety abound. Getting the nod to set up should be an honour, it isn't for everyone. If the game can't fill the cities there shouldn't be more cities added. There's plenty of room now and not all the districts have been "unlocked" due to a lack of population. |
