| Quarantine. Your arguments are completely invalid. Yes Chibs was a leader, a former leader. Key word there being former. When he relinquished his HQ, he was free to join any family that he wished. His choice to join Tony, while perhaps a poor choice in hindsight, was his to make and in no way indicative of rogue behavior. Actually, I would be quite interested in hearing what your description of rogue is. If person A from LA has a disagreement with person B from LV, does that then make them a rogue? Is the free city concept perfect, of course not. Perfect doesn't exist. I'm quite sure your home city isn't perfect, I'm sure that DT and NY are not as well. So are all cities rogue cities? This appears to me to be someone speaking of things he knows little to nothing about. | |

chibs joined Tony in what appeared to be the middle of a civil war with bad wolf he knew very well he was jumping into a sinking ship, your father juice knew the ship was sinking with chibs as well thats why he took his own life |

| Chibs stepped down, joined someone who later moved to Philadelphia while Chibs was sleeping. Chibs was abandoned in the Las Vegas headquarters when Tony fled, leaving all his sleeping members completely unprotected in the streets. I didn't see a single attack on anyone outside of the few cities as a result of any of the events here. I have seen next to no attacks on outsiders either by people of the free cities. If there were any that I'm overlooking has there not been an equal amount in the same time span that came from the legitimate cities as well? This is a slap in the face for those leaders that are actually working their asses off to do good things for their community. If you expect to group everyone of the free cities and drag them all down to the level of the member who has made the most mistakes I hope you can come out here and do the same for you and your legitimate cities. | |

chibs was awake to hear gunshots in LV when he travelled there and decided to go to sleep amongst gun shots? Can we really say he was innocent or perhaps just slow to choose to sleep during gun shots in the background, last i checked ignorance is no excuse for wrongdoing |

Free cities may act individually this does not mean PH can attack LV or vice versa (the vice versa is exactly what happened and why christiangato silenced tonycosta) instead of defending the actions of those who are dead why not suggest a way to prevent these actions in the future |

| And what do you say of your own ignorance? Unless you can communicate with the dead, in which case say hi to Mum for me, then you cannot honestly speak for the motives of the deceased. But, have no fear! I will enlighten you of the motives behind Juice's retirement, straight from his suicide note. Juice was alerted by Chibs that he would be stepping down, the reasons for which are quite frankly none of your business. Juice signed a contract in blood when he became a Made Man within the organization. Rather than go back on that contract, he departed from this world. Nothing to do with "jumping a sinking ship" as you so elegantly put it. Some people put some respect in the position of Made Man, rather than make themselves look quite foolish by putting words in a dead mans mouth. | |

Quarantine I've yet to see anything factually accurate coming from you that supports your arguments here. As you ignored, or rather stepped around my question I'll point it out again... Detroit had a leader go rogue after their takedown. So what makes you think having any of these 3 city's as "legit" cities will have any impact in preventing a rogue action? There isn't anything that can be done to prevent such instances as by definition of rogue they are actively working against the structure in place so for you to speak of preventing them it's quite puzzling. Please enlighten the world on your grand ideas that you have? Or have you decided to suggest that people working hard to build something should just stop doing so because your inaccurate theory on rogues says so? Utterly bewildered by your comments today. |

| You're the one coming out and saying that the way to prevent them is to demolish the project, or rather by giving up. You cannot prevent anything really without killing, if someone wants to shoot at someone they can do just that. Unless your magic eight ball can provide us with this information the only way we can prevent this from all sides is killing everyone. Are you requesting everyone to be killed? Mr. Gato also stated that the free cities may take action upon one another no matter if they are in the same city or not, or at least that is what it seemed as it was mentioned when an issue was brought up between Philadelphia and Las Vegas. The attacks must be warranted which is where Tony made his mistake. You have to remember free cities are just that free, there are just repercussions that can happen when you act freely. Free does not mean there will be no consequences and free doesn't mean a city cannot attack another city. | |

The events of today will be discussed and questions answered when we have capacity to. In line with our approach and vision, this conflict required close observation during already busy schedules and a call was made to prevent further damage to the community by an unpredictable element. A person must always consider their favour before acting. |

Ok hold up your father suicided vecause he knew his leader was stepping down? That's kind of redundant is it not? When a leader who you signed a blood oath with steps down this releases you from a blood oath. So in short, your father suicided for nothing |

| Just to rephrase; a call was made once certain triggers were hit which presented a threat to the wider community. | |

| Quarantine how about you discuss the topic at hand, if you would like to discuss why Oblvions father chose to take his own life and the rights and wrongs behind it now about we do that on another corner. You're ignoring everyone by completely going off your original topic of having this project demolished because of rogue actions but cannot actually cite any and ignore the fact that they happen in any family whether they be a part of a project or not. They have been a part of our history for eons and will never ceast to exist no matter how much you complain. I can only assume that you have an anterior reason as to why you would want this to happen as if your line has any journals they will have plenty of rogues notated in them with the fewest percent coming from the times of project cities, the most damaging will have come from legitimate families. | |

I think it is wrong to tar everyone with that brush dont you? Many of them are trying to make there cities work a few hiccups are expected along the way. Now Chibs had it tattooed on his body that he was having fun before he left this world. By that it was going down fighting in a war helping Tony i dont think he expected Tony to also cause shit with Philly as Chibs had already asked myself if Tony was to be killed would i duel him Chibs had no intention of causing chaos after Tony was killed if he was still alive. Now i am not in the know soto speak with Mr Gato Or the RobFather how they wish the free cities to run is how they should be Philly had a few hiccups but tbh i think most there are on the same page. LA seems to be working out Vegas has been great to watch i am impressed with My former members Green and Fritz bringing fight night to us all So i think the free cities have had success as well a few bad eggs which are expected. |

My intention is not to have the project demolished those are just words that you fat Elvis are trying to put in my mouth, what I'm suggesting is some way to limit or restrict the amount of bloodshed in this world of our. As per those questioning my loyalty stating I know nothing of blood in and blood out I would gladly take a bullet to save Kurgan or even moelester or sophiarivers or anyone within my family
The reason I tend to ignore your words bobbymunson is because just after today's events I received an anonymous tip that you are the reason. chibs stepped down, because he felt forced to do so so you are in part part of the problem with the free city project |

So I think I would like to add something. Clearly Quarantine felt like something needed to be addressed. Kudos to you for bringing out for everyone to have a say and put their thoughts into it. This is exactly what I intend to do. Rogue might not be the correct term though. As far as free cities go there have been quite a few concerns. We have seen a lot of blood shed of late. That is concerning. It is more concerning when dropped with things like people trying to have people removed from our community that are very much a benefit to it regardless of the city they are in or stem from. Now maybe people don't want to admit it but the free cities have given cause for some concern. Whether it is their actions, or their own personal patterns I think some of us may have some concerns regarding it and why not let people like RobOakheart, ChristianGato or Nakamura know about it? Doesn't hurt anyone to have an opinion. Doesn't hurt anyone if it is expressed in a proper manner. Clearly this has contributed to a discussion which is nice to see. Especially one I didn't have to bring up. |

| An anonymous tip you say? So it must be one hundred percent true then of course if they cannot be seen saying what they have to say. Instead of beating around the bush then like you are currently doing, please reach down, find your balls and come out and say what you have to say if you want to call me out on something you know fuck all about. I also do not believe I have given you the permission to call me Fat Elvis nor have I given anyone that permission as this can be taken as a slight of disrespect, Don Munson will work however. | |

How about I just call you bobbymunson then I apologize I wasn't aware fat Elvis was not a term you went by perhaps I attended the wrong club party where I heard it thrown about by non members however the point i am trying to drive home is the fact that something needs to be done to address the bold suits in the free cities who are not contributing to the cities they are in and only seem to be hurting the free cities they are in, the anonymous tip u received was simply that anonymous had I had been given a name you would have too but I felt it necessary to address the tip as I felt it contributed to the situation at hand be it anonymous or not it is prevalent that the fact your ancestry has had a tumultuous past with chibs ancestry it is not far out of the realm of possibility of being true
I am not suggesting the closure of the free cities and will not even attempt to address NY CH or DT once more as they are not free cities and have nothing to do with this discussion set forth upon these streets the issue at hand is that these free cities seem to be doing as they please almost ignoring the main factor of obtaining protection and that is they must contribute to the community even in this speech the only ones contributing to this discussion are bobbymunson slash olympia- (those names include anyone crewed with them) we have not heard from any other bold suit to contribute actively to this discussion and this only drives my point home even more that the amount of bold suits in these free cities should take this opportunity to speak |

And before you speak tellurium I noted active discussion instead of just chirping in to be able to say you chirped in
Surely we can reach some sort of agreement in these streets to limit or even "demolish" the sheer amount of blood shed that has happened recently, even such things as a zero tolerance policy would be welcomed where on established member in your crew acting outside if the rules of the free city project would warrant a whole crew removal surely that would add to the caution that has been lacking thus far |
