Slash stood out in the middle of the street, wondering if anyone would pay attention to the words he was about to speak. His presence here for such matters were more often seen as a necessity, sometimes simply done as a ritual from the days of old. None the less, it was something he believed should be done regardless of how many people would stop to take notice of him.

Hello there, fellow mafioso. I bring good news for Vegas, with Artus and his wetness recently moving over to Paradise to help re-build that district, I have decided that I shall take this opportunity to expand the operations here in Summerlin. Many of you will recognise the man who has earned this opportunity, as he is quite often seen out here giving his opinion on matters. It is my belief that such actions are key to someone being worthy of making this step up and few have been as vocal as him.

The man is of course, Space-Pole. Now I know he is a scouser and steals our hubcaps and probably commits other unspeakable acts known only to those from that neck of the woods, but he is a hard working scouser. Normally those words wouldn't fit together, but recently we have seen a very strange phenomenon in Vegas where several of the scouse variety have actually started to work hard. LuciusSweet, PoisonousJelly and now Space-Pole too. Clearly Armegeddon is only around the corner.

So for any of you that are out there listening to this, please feel free to step forward and ridicule him or praise him, the choice is yours. Or if you wish to stand there in silence like many do at such times, thats OK. But please abuse him by writing him a letter instead. Also, as is customary now you are welcome to offer cookies. I dont know if he likes them or not, but he better give them to me regardless as I love them.

Slash takes a stand back and awaits the masses rushing in to congratulate Space-Pole on such a grand achievement.

I'm not going to clog up too much of everyone's time, there are much greater uses for the streets than rolling in my own glorification but there are a few bits id like to say. Most importantly to my Scottish friend slash; its been a huge pleasure, as it always is. I greatly appreciate the honor thats been presented to me, not one ill take lightly. Its an exciting time to be apart of such a great district and city and ill do everything i can to bestow the morals that we have here. 

Considering i always have plenty to say,ive really struggled to name my organisation.  Ive stuck to my roots and would like to announce that going forward my HQ will now be know as; The Scouse House.  I can assure everyone who is listening that ill keep my approach when taking to the streets as i have done before i took control of a crew. 

Once again, a lot of gratitude to everyone who has already wished me well, i really is appreciated. 

Stepping out of the local speakeasy a bit worse for wear Lancelot stumbles upon Slash giving a speech to the masses, something about authing scousers Armegeddon and hubcaps, getting a bit worried about his own brand new hubs Lancelot listened in.

"Authing a Scouser are you sure, are you really sure, are you really really sure? you know how volatile those can be when trying to reclaim your hubcaps".

Thankfully the scouse in question turned out to be an old friend of Lancelots so he felt fairly sure his brand new hubcaps would be safe after all he bought them off the said scouse in the first place at a reasonable fee behind the speakeasy yesterday morning, apparently they fell off the back of a lorry, well they must have landed on something soft as there wasn't a mark on them.

Seeing his friend slyly mingling in with the crowd no doubt casing up a few juicy fat purses Lancelot approached the one they call Space-pole.

"Congratulations my friend I know you will do great things over in Summerlin, I know first hand the amount of work you put in so this is indeed well deserved, as always you know where I am if you ever need anything and I wish you the best of luck with your new enterprise, I shall look forward to watching you grow and prosper over in Vegas as i know you will".

Kurgan didnt know what to make of this he had heard of a despicable scouser running Vegas many moons ago many old time mobsters speak of the dark time where the scousefather ruled Vegas and his horde of hub cap stealing monkeys ran riot. Looking about Vegas he could see the evil beginning to unfold many cars where missing hubcaps the bins along the streets had been dipped in, Then he seen it the eye sore of all eye sores THE SCOUSE HOUSE Kurgan felt ill this insanity has to stop who unleashed this band of misfits into Vegas? Heads will roll Kurgan thought to himself he smiled and nodded his head towards Space-pole and handed him one of Slash s Hubcaps.

Congrats Spacey i know you will do well in Vegas i wish you all the best.

Jolly good fun, congratulations. I'll drink one in your honour.

A gathering of some sort at the request of his new boss had this fresh face out amongst it. He was rarely seen in public, and all of this was new to him, but he needed to learn how this life worked and this occasion looked like a good opportunity to do just that. Axel stood with the gathering group, arms crossed, paying attention to the announcement and the reaction of those around him.

BCP listens and motions to the bartender. Sliding some rather large bills whispers drinks on him. Grabing a shot and downing it BCP steps forward a bit. Looking around he takes another shot and begins to speak.

Well well. This is indeed a good day for our fine city. I just am in a bit of shock about all the scousers and how well they are doing. We have a few doing very well but i must say our dear friend Space has taken the cake.

BCP downs another shot and rambles on.

On the real, I am glad for you my friend. You have worked hard and earned this. I couldn't be more happy for you. I've known your line for a good while and always see great things when they put their mind to it and you have confirmed that once again. Its a honorr to work along side you in this wonderful city of Las Vegas. If you need anything, you know where to find me. Well done my friend.

BCP takes another shot and sits down awaiting his next one.

She heard the news, and yet just couldn't believe it! What the hell?!  Three scousers resided in Las Vegas?!?!  Three!!!  When did this happen she wondered, and more importantly how did she not know LuciusSweet was a scouser, too!  Next she will discover Don Artus is hiding one in Paradise as well.

Cami stopped by her bakery picking up the six dozen cookies, as Don Slash had ordered for Space-pole, to celebrate this wonderful occasion. Now she arrived to hear that Space-pole might not even like cookies?!  

"Well Space-pole even if you don't like cookies, I came to offer you congratulations and well wishes on your new venture!  I know you will help Summerlin thrive, and I look forward to seeing all your accomplishments."

Mikhail was late to the announcement... He had issues again at his Banya with HighPitchEric. He kept walking around naked, eating pieces of pizza and scaring the rest of his guests. Mikhail had little time but wanted to make sure the time he did have was spent congratulating a comrade.

"Congratulations Space-Pole. This is truly deserved comrade. If you ever need anything, a good rub down or even the Venik treatment, you know where to head! Congratulations again comrade."
