I would like to propose an idea that allows us to prioritize our in game mail. Basically, I would like to see the ability for us to be able to have our favorite people's mail to always stay at the top of the list.

I don't know about you, but my mail always gets buried, and I thought hey what if we had the ability to always have our favorites at the top of the sender list or separated by a column. 

Thoughts? 

Normal player perspective: I reply delete everything so if my inbox is empty, its empty. 

RH persecptive: more sore the ability to create a contact list (Leaders and hands) and then set that group to IMPORTANT so it shows up first or in a different color (LIke the backround, not the Text since thats the contact color) 

I'd rather enjoy that I think. 

In the real world I see this crazy phenomenon with 'Focused Inbox' showing up with major email companies. I personally hate it, but because my job is to help tailor our systems to increase productivity for each individual user I have seen that it is beneficial (When given the option) for certain individuals. 

I like to address mail as it came in so I will always prefer a chronological view. That being said, it might be a good idea if there are enough of y'all focused inbox people out there, to sort mails based on priority. The question is, how do you delineate what is important? I think this is a fantastic idea for RHM, it would be nice to have mail sent to you (unread) sorted to the top. Maybe contact groups also have an option to mark a check box for "important" people? 

If this was coded in I would have 2 requests: 

1. Allow me the choice to turn it off
2. Give CL's the ability to mark mail as important or high priority
