Axel bumped into Zootopia in his tipsy state. He gave the loud mouth a simple shoulder bump, yet put a little force into it due to the fuckn loudness of the mouth. Some people were half pissed here, and didn't need their ears fucked with nonsense and overly bold dialogue as if people couldn't understand what the hell was being said without it.

"Excuse me, don't mind me." Axel half hearted apologized, then took another swig as he staggered about.

Zootopia listens to Axel.  Not a fan of half hearten apologies, she wonders what is the point again. 

Franky looked the lady someone called Zootopia up and down with concern

"I think you've forgotten to take your meds ma'am. It's okay, there is no big bad elite, there is no shadowy power group controlling the world."

"Of course, the other possibility is that you aren't crazy your just lazy or bad at what you do. Too lazy or mediocre to move into the upper rungs of leadership in our world and so instead of working to get better and prepare yourself to be a leader if the opportunity arises you bemoan the 'elite' who must be holding you down or else you would be at the top of the world right? Give me a break."

Franky shakes his head in disgust and takes a long swig out of his hip flask before offering it to Don Slash. 

"You look like you could use a drink of this as well good sir - I would offer you some Axel but I think maybe you've had enough." Franky winked and smirked a bit at Axel to let him know he was messing with him.

Mastermind enters slowly.. Seeing Zootopia, he does a double-take; feeling like he has seen this type of thing before.. 

Then he realizes.. It's one of those zombie trolls.. Knowing he has a responsibility to his fellow gangsters, Mastermind once again - grabs Zootopia and pistol whips it in the face, hard. Mastermind nervously looks around the area, wondering if anyone was going to step in and stop him or worse, alert the police officer wandering about. Mastermind smiles as he realizes that no gives a f*** about this little troll like thing, throwing it into his car he drives off again to a dense area on the outskirts of the beautiful city. Digging a grave for it, he throws it in and spits on it..

The troll comes to, screaming at Mastermind, "Elite, the game is rigged! everything is set up!" Mastermind laughs and says, do you ever shut the F*** up, you little worthless piece of garbage troll?" 

The air is cold, the sun is about to rise.. Mastermind doesn't usually enjoy doing this : but some little worms need to be re-buried.

Stop getting stoned 24/7 and being paranoid all of the time, it isn't helping anything. Maybe in your next life you will learn, and play properly.

Mastermind cocks his weapon, points it at the worm and fires - one single hollow-tipped round straight dead eye into it's forehead.

What amazes me is that Slash... someone in your position who just speaks like a passed off child. You don't walk around and present yourself the way someone in your position should. At this point I could care less if I'm taken down, I'm here to speak for those who don't want to speak up... regardless of what Vegas says I know the truth, Detroit was taken down for a bullwhip reason, and I know Philly was Chicago's doing and in my opinion at least Chicago presents themselves as a organized group. They don't just take down cities because they feel like they are expanding.

Detroit did a lot for this community. Kate busted her ass to make sure we all had entertainment, a paper to read each and every week. She brought up the universal protection order. The streets were always active when Detroit was around. As far as I'm concerned all Vegas did was rob a city of a good run.

Its a shame in my eyes.

"Before I say anything else, just out of curiosity -Costigan-, why do YOU think Detroit was removed?"

The only explanation that was ever said was Vegas felt as though Detroit was evolving. Now that being said, there were also rumors that Detroit wanted Vegas gone, but lets be real...6 families onto Detroit seems a bit lopsided. My outlook is it was nothing more then Vegas showing dominance! Why else would Detroit go down?, they were no threat to anyone.

"And my last question for now, did you personally send Slash a telegram to find out the reason why Detroit was removed? Yes or no will be fine."

-Costigan-, can you explain why you choose to join Vegas then? If they did such a horrible thing and robbed such a great city of their run, why are you there? Why work for them? 

Slash never went into detail on why. Yes I asked after the incident, but an explanation was never received. No one wads ever told why... even the ones who respected what Detroit did. You want to take down a whole city? At least have the balls to say why.

"And my question here is, why exactly are you working for a city and in a district you have no respect for?"

AlexanderHamilton joined with you, out of respect for him I came aboard. But much like him my hard work went into Detroit just to have it removed for a BS reason.

You just proved my point Axel, Vegas speaks to people like assholes. And a sour grape no, I just have the balls to say when things are done for a stupid reason.

Costigan. You come out here and speak about stuff you know nothing about, in fact, worse, you speak as though you do know something when you don't and you continue to get things wrong.

But you doing this means you have balls? Speaking wrongly about stuff takes balls? Thats confusing but Ok. Someone comes out here to point out that your speaking nonsense and they are speaking to you like your an asshole? See if your acting like an asshole and treating people like such, then you will be treated accordingly too.

Axel readied himself for a fist fight. He rolled back the sleeves on his shirt. His jacket had been dropped earlier when the heat started rising. With a few side steps, bobs and weaves, Axel felt he's in fighting shape. Not really, but he's not going to get any more limber. Some warm up punches followed, as he eyed us -Costigan-.
