We have secured the house for Friday, October 13th until Friday, October 20th The rooms are being booked as first come first serve as far as payments go.

The cost is $350, plus a $50 dollar refundable security deposit that we will get back after the meet assuming we don't burn the place down.

All funds paid for the house are used to pay the bills in the following order: House, Supplies, Food, Snacks, Alcohol, Beer.  If we fall short, users will have to provide their own beer, or alcohol, or snacks, and so on.  (But if the house gets near booked, we should be have everything covered)

Every breakfast/lunch will be prepared by a different group of people assigned for that meal with community food.

Every night, a different group of people will assemble and will purchase and provide dinner for the rest of the house.

PaulQuinn, its about an hour north of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (its in the Pocono Mountains, look up Little Summit, PA)

As a side note, you normally win a metric-assload of credits at the meet.  It helps offset the cost of what you pay for the meet.
