I want to say thanks to the admins who continue to work on and improve this game for us all to play. I have a question and also some suggestions after the new changes for discussion with the other players.
Question:
Can stealth be increased ? I heard pickpocketing helps, but I think this is a rumor. If it does, its not nearly a significant enough ammount. See suggestions
Suggestions:
For those who are unfortunate to only see 10 or so people in their locals, the amount of posts needed to increase by 1 or 2 people is daunting. Something needs to be changed to even the score, perhaps the info gained should be permanent for all . Fighting their start answers and time decay is a losing battle and most will just not bother.
Pickpocketing and or jailbreaking should increase stealth. In reality, someone who is good at pickpocketing and jailbreaking is sneaky or stealthy and so this makes sense. Other than 5k , what is pickpocketing good for anyway ?
I think all players should be able to improve and mold their character and not be restricted to their start up answers. Especially after all some characters are reaching 1 years of age. Traits such as wacking can be improved, so should others.

We completely rewrote Info for locals recently, its cut off time is (as of now) 21 days. So before I go and make adjustments, I would like to let it run its course and see what kind of benefit people can get when they run the full gauntlet for 21 days. If after that time, the numbers seem to need adjusting, I will set it as a level that rewawrds those that work appropriately. We are only 2 days in, so it would be a knee jerk reaction if we adjusted it now. The goal is that a small amount of daily activity will result in near perfect info for someone on average info.
We will revisit this in another 19 days :) |

(Base stealth is not buildable, base info is not buildable at this time, there are however bonuses that you get for temporary situations) |

As a hint, you are greatly rewarded by other peoples activities that is created by your own. Being that we are all in families armed to the teeth with keyboards, a little bit of work by a small group of family members will greatly benefit them all. It's my goal that this feature is used to bring families closer together and work with each other to benefit each other. A group of 8 people in a family could easily achieve near perfect info to cover all cities with very minimal work on a regular basis. |
