Indeed. You've been offered multiple ways to demonstrate your integrity, including a guaranteed way to manage it fairly. People just don't want to take that risk.

His job is to keep the people within his city alive, of which the people within his city have to owe him. Regardless of the salt or the disgruntlement felt by those felled at his order, he is successful in one of the main aspects of his role which he can be held wholly accountable for. If you have been part of a city or faction which has suffered as a result, well that was because your city head did not do that job correctly. 

Why not pay a certain percentage upfront? 

A personal event can be faked, easily. 

Inspect the element and edit the source. You wouldn't know who truly pulled the trigger. Alternatively, buy 2k of credits and make an arrangement. If the admins oversee a promise to collect credits for a Durden spawn, why not this. 

You do realise that anyone with the skills, or ability to read forums, can fake a screenshot right? In the event that someone does kill Disorder how are you going to make sure that statement is real?

The fact you are willing to spend this much to make sure one person's account is ended rather than invest it in the game's future makes me shake my head. It's a game. It's not the end of the world that you died or your friends died at the hands of those who work with Disorder. In fact, what's to stop him from making a bit of cash off of this as well? Have a friend shoot him, split the bounty... Then you've essentially given your grandparent's money to him. 

It's a game. We live, we die, we start over again. 

Buy credits, invest in the game, donate it to a charity that you care about. Put your money to good use. 

Better yet, organize your friends and those with the same interests as you. Invest the money in credits. Use those credits to train your army. Kill him yourselves. That's the point of the game after all... The rise to power, the taking of power... He's played a damn good game for this long and you've resorted to offering a cash bounty over a game and taking the easy way out.

Think of how much good that much money could do for the game, a homeless person, a hungry child, an abused animal... And you're willing to throw it away over an online game?
