A stroll down another avenue in this thing of ours led to me this speech by an upstart called Chippy.  Chippy is dead now.  Does anyone know his lineage?

Chippy opined that "The Regime" killed everyone when they hit 60 days as a member of this particular society.

Now, that doesn't really ring true.  But it does mean that we all get an extra birthday!

So, starting with me, I'm going to explain what I'm most proud of in the last sixty days and what I've achieved.

Oh, I'm not actually at sixty days yet, so if I get shot, I'll look like an ass.  It's a risk I'm willing to take.  Some of us, like Teq, risked looking like an ass to everyone, man and woman, in this thing.

What have I achieved?  Well, I've made a couple of million dollars, I've kicked some of that upstairs to my esteemed boss and I've got a shiny button.

What am I most proud of?  Well, I twice survived a rouge assassin's bullets, and I've been described as a "hero", but what I'm most proud of is my romance with Romance.

I love him, and he loves me.  We love each other, we're like family.

What have you achieved in sixty days? What are you most proud of?

Hey everybody, wow, what a crowd. Talk about a yuge group of people. Amazing. Ah-may-zing. It feels like we've been doing this a long time, folks. Me talking, you coming out to hear me speak. You standing there listening, while I say things that make sense at you. Me, saying this and that, and you, nodding or cheering. We're really doing it, everybody. Great stuff. What can I say - a yuge crowd today. 

So, what are we talking about today, folks? I've been around here for 11, 12, 13 days, almost a lifetime. Longer than the fingers on my giant hands. If my hands were time, so to speak, converting the length of my fingers into minutes, or more likely hours, right? But we'd start at the knuckle. You always start measuring at the knuckle. And you do it from where that knuckle bone is, right at the top of your palm, not where the actual finger seems to start. Common mistake, folks. Really common mistake.

But I'm proud of what we're doing out here. We're doing something great. We're working on this thing of ours. What is this thing? Who can say. Who can say, really? I'm the kind of guy who people come to for advice. They come about anything, they're knocking down my freakin' door. Donald this, Donald that. I say, 'What do you wanna know?'. That's what I ask them. And they come back at me with all sorts of questions and problems. I'm a problem solver. Believe me, I'll solve anything. I can do a Sudoku in practically no time at all. 

But what's the real issue here? What are the real facts? You don't know who to believe anymore. I can stand here and tell you I'm proud of this, and I achieved that, but what does it really mean? Who's gonna take you seriously? Let me tell you something, folks, I mean what I say. I'll give you the facts. What am I most proud of? What are you most proud of? What are we all proud of?
