Absolut, even after a reset, once someone established power, they'd be BGing up their friends on account startup. Therefore, those you are referring to as paying for their own, would still be in the same position.

I see little point in going on about this much more though unless there are indications it's being looked at.

Hoopi I completely agree, but it would take a longtime for that to happen. I doubt anyone would reach the mass amounts of bgs though that many have for a longtime.
