I support Plymouth Argyle mate. I know full well about the financial side of the game, but what can you do? Whether fans like it or not, they're the problem. It's simple supply and demand. If people aren't happy with the big sums of money, then stop going to games and buying TV packages. 

And let's not kid ourselves here, United aren't a City or a Chelsea. Yes, they're throwing money around but they're a big club, that have gotten to the top over generations. They weren't always there, and they didn't get there due to an influx of cash - the cash followed their success. Not saying it doesn't help, it does, but the big boys in any industry always have the most power. 

And let's not forget, Bournemouth made a £20m bid for Demarai Gray. How many other clubs in Europe do you think have £20m to spend on a largely unproven winger? Outside of the Premier League there may be 10 teams that can match that sort of spending. I can guarantee there are no sides of Bournemouth's equivalent size, that will have spent £20m in their entire existence. 

yeah, and on the other hand in todays times, i wouldn't even call United the big boys of the transfer market inspite of the 200 mill spending, look at PSG they've unsettled a barcalona who look like flaying for help, 300 -500-700 mill release clauses becoming a norm for keeping world class talent, Arsenal over the years hasn't spent half as much United have, forget the big boys, but yeah they need to compete with those teams who are going berzerk in the T-market

Lads, I believe this will be United's year. They look like the United teams of old. If this squad keeps building its confidence (along with Pogba's) they will be a nightmare of a counter-attacking team. Jose's teams are always solid in the back, now that we can attack, it'll be an amazing season.

At least United earns its money, and isn't gifted it by petrol dollars...
